El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express — Local services in Las Vegas

Today we had my grandmother come to Vegas on this bus line. Worst choice ever. The air conditioning didn't work the whole way from Los Angeles to Vegas. Since she is a senior citizen we always get her seats behind the driver's. She over heard the driver radio dispatch over and over about his passengers being hit and overheating. Temps out side were almost 90 in San gabriel valley, 113 in Baker Ca. and 110 in Las Vegas. The disregard the company had to their passengers Saftey over the heat is disgraceful. My grandmother over heard dispatch tell the driver to just keep driving everytime the driver tried to find a solution for his passengers. Hopefully this doesn't happen to another group of travelers. Passengers saftey and customer service was not taken into account on this...

I have rode this bus for the last 18yr .... Wish they had a vip... Club as many times I have traveled my self family and friends from California to Vegas.... Had a few bumpy road had my wallet stolen but with the help of workers and staff I got it back... And returned to me .... The bus drivers are great they get us there safe in a timely safe manner .. I wish I had money to donate new buses to them ... They gonna push them buses tell the wheels fall off ...God bless them and all the people they served over the years .... Once again I want to thank all of the staff there at El paso for getting us there safe ... And let's go a million more great year's .... When traveling to Los Angeles this was my mode of transportation back in the day. They surpassed Greyhound on their fares to L.A.You would think they would upgrade and purchase New Motorcoaches and get with the times?. Last time I used this Co.the bus smelt real bad!.Many Hot summers ago we broke down just before Nipton on the way to Vegas. Can you imagine the driver didn't even have a cell phone!. Instead of sending a bus for the passengers,they sent a mechanic like 3hrs. later with the part!. Some of the passengers families drove out and picked them up. 5or6 hrs.later and back at the Main -Chrlst. Station, I looked for a manager and expected a full explanation -apology -refund?. Manager not here!. NEVER WILL I USE...
