Good Pie – A Slice of Brooklyn Right in the Heart of Las Vegas

When it comes to authentic pizza, Good Pie in Las Vegas is a true standout. Founded by Vincent Rotolo in 2018, this Brooklyn-style pizzeria brings a slice of New York to the heart of Nevada. With a menu offering not just New York-style pizza, but also Detroit-style and Brooklyn-style pies, plus gluten-free and vegan options, Good Pie ensures that every pizza lover leaves satisfied.

Walking into Good Pie, you immediately feel the energy of a true New York pizzeria. The atmosphere is casual yet elevated, with an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs stretch dough and toss pizzas into the oven. The vibe feels authentically Brooklyn, but with a modern twist that reflects Las Vegas' own unique flair. The open space, the chatter, and the inviting aroma of fresh-baked pizza create an experience that’s both lively and intimate.

The pizzas here are nothing short of amazing. If you’re craving that perfect foldable New York slice, look no further. The crust is thin and crispy with a slight char, making it ideal for a good fold without losing any of the toppings. The sauce is flavorful, tangy, and the cheese is perfectly melted with a glorious stretch. The Detroit-style pizza offers something a bit more hearty, with a thicker, fluffy crust and a square shape that’s loaded with cheese and toppings. For those craving something truly authentic, the Brooklyn-style pizza takes it up a notch with a bit of extra crispiness around the edges, providing that crunchy bite every pizza lover desires.

But what really sets Good Pie apart is its impeccable service. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure that your dining experience is top-notch. Whether it's recommending the best pie based on your preferences or just making sure you're taken care of every step of the way, the service here is truly exceptional—worthy of its own round of applause.

For those with dietary restrictions, Good Pie also offers a fantastic selection of gluten-free and vegan options, making sure that everyone can indulge in their pizza cravings without compromise. Whether you prefer classic cheese or more adventurous toppings, there's no shortage of choices to suit every palate.

In the competitive Las Vegas food scene, Good Pie stands out not only for its superb pizza but also for its unmatched service. With every bite, you’re not just tasting the care put into the dough and toppings, but also the genuine love for great pizza. This is the kind of spot you’ll return to time and time again, craving another perfect slice—and knowing you’ll be treated like family every time.

If you're looking for the best pizza experience in Las Vegas, look no further than Good Pie. With top-tier service and outstanding pies, it’s a place where you’ll always feel...

Hipster cool kids pizza place downtown. Aesthetic and buzzing atmosphere. Long narrow restaurant with many booths along one wall. Pretty and polite staff.

We ordered for carryout. Uber eats interface was atrocious, kept blocking my desire to carry out instead of delivery and kick me out of the app. The hardest part was it didn't describe ingredients on many food items even though touted as a restaurant with gf items and non dairy...it was very hard to traverse. Im going to blame Uber eats but maybe the restaurant should look over their online digital menu or add a special section for the gf so people looking can find it on the digital ordering app and realize there is only one crust and one pizza that is gf. The restaurant's nice font printed menu was well done and understandable But ordering with the digital menu was not. It needs clarity and trying to call for clarity kicks you back out to online ordering only. There is no human answering. I was cussing and screaming I was so very pissed attempting to put in this order I almost quit but we needed gluten free so I stuck it out. The sad part is, I'm very tech comfortable and order stuff from my phone all the time but trying to find these special diet needs was infuriating.

My cousin needed gluten free dairy free pizza. For every other person wanting this there is one single gf option in a Detroit. The crust is thick and fluffy (not condensed dense like many gf options) and very satisfying. The crispy char edges from the oven taste better than the crispies on the normal pizzas we also ordered which also tasted nice. The non-dairy cheese is available in the pull down menu as a switch out on all the pizzas (not sure if there is a non dairy substitute for their ricotta it was not clear, I'm assuming not) but the main mozzarella type cheese can be switched out just like adding or removing mushrooms from any pizza place.

I tried a bite, of her non dairy cheese and it tastes like normal cheese to me and melted like normal cheese. I'm not sure what it is made of but it worked for us. She was thrilled and very satisfied with good pie gf non dairy pizza.

The pepperoni is a little spicy if you are ordering for kids or people with sensitive taste buds. I was surprised by the first bite of my pizza but enjoyed it after my brain adjusted.

The calamari was awful, this was easily the worst calamari I've ever had in my entire life. It was flat it was greasy and it tasted terrible and the Mariana was ok but didn't save the calamari. Their Greek salad was delicious and fresh and crisp. Their oil dressing is bright and extra tangy which I enjoyed.

So in conclusion calamari one star gf non dairy pizza 5 stars, the the Greek salad 5 stars and the other two pizzas 4 and 4.5. one was really soggy but still...

[Above all, will I be back?] This place is one of the local's favorite spots in Vegas and has been featured on media multiple times. As a Vegas local, this was my second visit and the pizza, service, location & ambience have been all on point, a pleasant experience so far. I wanna try their cocktails at the bar next time. I highly recommend this place and will bring my guests who visit from out of state!

Food Known for Brooklyn style pizza founded by Brooklyn born award winning pizzaiolo Vincent Rotolo. They use flour and tomatoes from Italy. Don't forget to ask for the 'Mikes Hot Honey' for your pizza edges, it will make your scrumptious pizza even better. You will thank me later!

Detroit style "The Good Hot Pizza" ($39) A Chicago style square pizza with a caramelized cheese crust. Mozzarella cheese, char pepperoni, chili flakes, sausage & jalapeno, tomato sauce, fresh grated parm, parsely. The crust is thick, crunch outside and soft inside. The tomato sauce was more like a Marinara but I liked it!

Blood Orange Beer: It smells and tastes like blood orange. So fresh and fruity! It became my favorite beer for spring and summer.

Ambience It is a narrow small place with about 10 tables and a bar on the side (less than 10 seats), with a patio outside (with +10 stools). Kitchen and bathroom in the back. Lively, casual and inviting. Their interior is so cute with granma's pictures on the wall. Good for a quick bite and go. It is not too loud you can have a conversation. Outside of the restaurant is really pretty! Insta worthy spot lol

Service The manager was continuously checking around. The serving staff was friendly, quick, and attentive. Made sure if there is anything needed in a proper timely manner. She recommended a good beer and explained the pizza menu. Thank you!

Hygiene: Utensils, plates, cups, glasses, table and floor were clean.

Price $39 for a whole "Good Hot Pizza" with 6 pieces. It was good for 3 people. It is a bit pricey but it worth's the money to splurge for such gourmet pizzas sometimes.

Restroom It is in the back of the restaurant. It was clean and well maintained. Gender separated.

Location It is on Main Street in downtown Arts District in Vegas. It is easy to find.

Parking Street parking.

ETC You can buy pizza by the slice or a whole pie No CASH, only cards No FREE drink refills No reservations If you bring a your grandma's picture, they will hang it on the wall You can order through a walk up window Vegan and gluten free options available Power outlets available along the bar

I mainly wanted to try the Triple Pepperoni but the only way you can get it is if you order the whole pizza. So I might as well order other pizzas for everyone to try so alongside with that I also ordered Sicilian White and the Grandma Veggie. Overall, the different styles of pizza helped out to kind of balance flavors, rather than sticking to just one flavor all the time. There's other pizzas you can get here per slice but I really wanted to try the ones that you can't. I also got different types of crust to kind of taste the difference. Triple Pep (Detroit) was really good especially with the old world pepperonis (the crunchier type pepperonis). If you love meat lovers or anything really meaty this is the one. Every bite you get has so much pepperoni. Its definitely one of those types of pizzas that you can't order every time but you definitely have to try it at least once since I don't come across this type of pizza often. The Sicilian White Pie (Sicilian) is for sure one of my favorite. This pizza has some really soft ricotta cheese on it and I think that this is a good pairing with the Triple pep as well. While one pizza is really meaty, this one is really cheesy and I really like cheese. Grandma Veggie (Grandma) was pretty good. It gets your veggies in with all the other crazy meats and cheeses. Pretty standard and nothing too amazing. Crust wise I like Grandma and Detroit since they're pretty much denser crusts. Sicilian is good as well if you like it thinner. The crust on the sicilian is pretty crunchy which adds a nice texture to the flavors you choose. If you're in the downtown Main st area I'd say definitely try it if you get a chance.

Great pizza in Las Vegas area, located in Art District (close to Downtown I think). I saw them on Instagram and can’t help but to check it out and wasn’t disappointed! Staffs are so welcomed, honestly everybody look good and make you feel comfortable. I sat at the bar since I went alone, all staffs were attentive and keep checking if you are ok. I ordered Salad, fried calamari and pizza. Kale Caesars Salad was nice and refreshing, definitely recommend this one, well balanced between kale, cheese and dressing, it comes with croutons I believe made from cheddar (correct me if I’m wrong) very good appetizer! Fried Calamari fresh and generous amount, lightly seasoned. I love the red sauce that pair with it. So good! I actually almost full with appetizer but I can’t really missed a chance to try. It’s their famous pepperoni pizza ( they do have specific name I’m so sorry I forgot ) I can’t seem to find it in the menu and I show them photo and they got it right away, it’s a thick-squared shape pizza comes in a size of baking sheet (I’m not lie) definitely can be share up to 4 persons, it’s a pound of pepperoni and pound of cheese. The taste was amazing and I am drooling while writing this review. Unfortunately I went alone so I finished only 2-1/2 slices and I am traveling so I packed the rest and gave it to homeless near by. I will definitely be back to try another pies! They have many selections and choices and most of them you can do it in single slice. Cheers!

I will definitely be back to try another pies! They have many selections and choices and most of them you can do it in single slice. Cheers!
