Marco’s Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I spent $88. Something dollar's on our order on May 25,2022 but we had certificates for our order's.The Cashier Raven asks me for my phone number and my name than I gave him the certificates and he was like I never saw certificates like this it's so amazing we started laughing so we continued with our order than Raven the Cashier says our total then we turn to Raven and say the food is FREE them his response was huh we start to laugh so than we say look on the certificates it says on each of the certificates we have an amount of $55.00 dollar's of FREE FOOD then Raven the work is pike wait now I'm REALLY LOST AND SAYS NOW I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WE STARTED LAUGHING but the works kindly asked me if I could wait for 10 minutes for the manager I was okay with that because I wanted them to get it right so they don't get fired or in trouble so the G.M. comes up to the counter and her name is Candice so she reads the certificate than goes and calls the owner and they explains to her that it's ok the food is free and Candice turns to me and says that is so cool to get something like that I said yes cause I javelin to many months to feed lol.. But I loved their SERVICE RAVEN SAID HE JUST STARTED AT MARCOS PIZZA I TOLD HIM HE DID AN AMAZING JOB HE DIDNT CRACK UNDER PRESSURE AND CANDICE IS A GREAT G.M. I CAN SEE SHE'S A HUMBLE MANAGER AND I SEE WHY THEY OWNER'S PUT HER IN THE POSITION SHE'S AT AND FOR THE OTHER WORKER'S I WANNA SAY THANK YOU FOR MAKING FOR DOING A WONDERFUL JOB AS WELL.. Usually Marcos pizza is our go to but our last couple times has been disappointing to say the least.

Our last order was placed at 1:30. We waited till 2:15 and called to check on the status and was told that they were down a driver and they had a large 39 pizza order to a school and our order is on the way. I stated my concern that the pizza has been sitting there in the store. The young lady said that she would look and check to see if it looked fresh. If my order was on the way I don’t know how she would do that. I asked her to remake the order and send it fresh. She stated the driver left and can’t get a hold of them to turn around. I suggested to call them. She said that our order would be priority and our ASAP. AT 3:08 I called and once again checked on the status. She stated the driver left 7 minutes ago and was guaranteed it was hot and fresh. Finally it shows up at 3:21. The pizza was not hot was not fresh in fact the lack of taste and quality was absent from the entire order.

This location has gone down hill which leaves us on the search for better quality pizza

My children liked this place not anymore. The pizza from the store can be really good sometimes, but it's a hit and miss. Me, it's good when they are consistent with quality. A lot of times, the pizza lately is overcooked with the cheese and crust burnt black or undercooked with a sticky, soggy crust. I figured I get what I paid for. I don't get why people think it's ok to send something like that when people pay their money. I learned it's always delivery when I have this issue so if I go there I can have them keep it if it's a mess. A couple of times, I had to do that. Sometimes the pizza is just right, and those are the days I like! The delivery divers are so sweet and nice. It's just that the pizza is never consistent in look or in taste. Especially when you spent your last to feed the kids something, and know they can do better and give them chance cause that's all your money allows at that moment and get it burnt and taste it.. you be feeling some way to. It's like it costs more to prepare a meal than buy out, so if it's a deal or not, you want what is being advertised. Then regret the money wasted and burt after taste to make you feel worse. But I...
