McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Just like many McDonald's, it can be kinda hectic and the drive thru can be long. It is located a mile away from my house, and I do Door Dash there quite a bit. It's located right off the freeway as you're coming into Vegas from 95 (like traveling from Reno to Vegas) so you get the people leaving and coming in trying to hit a familiar eating spot.

When I deliver, they have a counter specifically for delivery, convenient. However, sometimes there isn't anyone tending to it because they are cranking out food constantly.

The bathroom is clean and accessible without a key or code. There is a play place that looks clean for the kids. With a free to play computer station that they can use.

Plenty of parking, with designated delivery spaces. Location is easily accessible and people who frequently go there tend to hold the door open for me. And I tend to return the favor, so it is pleasant.

Young people work there, and I tend to see the same faces. That means there is little turnover. They work hard too!. I get a smile from time to time but I understand that it's a hectic job. Most of my deliveries come from this location.

If you're into McDonald's and live in the neighborhood or are traveling then it won't disappoint. The prices aren't hiked up like...

Had a playdates with kids n moms. All the kids had happy meal and most of the moms coffee. So spend a good 3 hours there and kids had a good time. Even while the kids had their meal a nice african black lady came and ask if everything is okay. Very friendly and ask if we need anything. A Star for the lady. The play ground clean and big and also a star for that. But....... No stars for this looking like mexican guy. He was at the register and had black polo shirt on . McDonald uniform. The kids had apple juice and chocolate drinks so in that case they don't have the McDonald cup to get there refill. So ask for cup so i could get water at the dispenser. But than he said there is no water at the dispenser. So than i look but there was ice. So I ask cup water for the kids. And he give me a face. And just to make sure he didn't understand i speak louder. Cuz with English as my 2nd language i have concern that people don't understand. So i repeat louder. And someone in the window sales run and just handed the kids cup water with lid. I mean i spend 6 happy meal I'm not gonna spend 6$ on 6 cups drinks. So i want free water. The happy meal come with bottle chocolate that is what the kids choose. So i had no way to get water than ask inside. No to this Mexican chub...

I don't know what McDonald's all these people rating 4 and 5 stars went to but it certainly wasn't this one. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. This place is not clean and anyone who says as much should reconsider their own standards. The staff is hit or miss, some are obviously hard workers and apologetic while others are just plain rude and lazy. I know it's not a job most people aspire to but have a little work ethic and manners. Wait times are out of control considering how much their processes are controlled. And even with the long wait times you still end up with food that is obviously not fresh. How does that even happen?? Nine times out of ten they have messed my order up and they always forget something, seriously every time I have to ask at least twice for sweet and sour for the nuggets I have ordered. Why ask when I order if you aren't gonna put it in the bag??

Corporate should really reconsider this franchise or at the very least send someone to retrain the management. I won't ever be coming back to this one since the Grand Montecito location should be back...
