I'm a Californian, and I recently moved to Las Vegas, so I won't even compare on that note. I do like Roberto's Menudo, I just have to continuously ask please make sure you put meat in it and not just juice .So moving forward. I went there last night and I visited this location many times but I didn't like is that so carnitas burrito, was dry and they didn't make it like I asked. I I asked very nicely, I'm never rude to people. So with that being said. This has happened couple of times so from now on I'll just get the menudo. Is there any good places for menudo in Las Vegas? because my go to "spots" Los Angeles California, would take the gold medal for the good menudo and other Mexican food favorites .My meat was very tough! it seemed very old. I could have did better going to Superior market which is one of my favorites their food is very good but I thought they were closed last night please do better "Roberto's" The customer service it's okay. Ordered almost a $100 worth of food close to all my order was incorrect with spoiled guacamole on my food and noticed I was missing a meal. I had to drive back and take almost all my food back. Explained to the cashier of the unsatisfactory service and wasn't even apologized to. Informed them was missing a meal and was called a liar. I love Robertos but I will Never come here again. I wasn't offered to have my food remade. Nor any empathy as a professional. Offered some of my refund and paid for a meal I did not even receive. I will be calling their corporate office. We do enjoy their food, which is why I'm giving the food 5 stars. The service by Laura just isn't what anyone deserves. Please get her some customer service classes. We stopped coming to this location, because one night after work someone puked on the floor. She did not clean it up right away or during the duration of our meal. We decided it had been a bit since that happened and tried to give this location a chance again. She had a rude attitude when we came in here last and told us we couldn't have complimentary carrots, even though we spent $80. Like seriously?? Who are the carrots being hoarded for? Enough...
