Starbucks — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Stuck in the worst hotel on the strip, this little gem brightened my day. The hotel doesn't have a single coffee pot for their guests. I'm probably not the first person who showed up mean and grouchy. I ordered then decided to cancel half my order. It was the crack of dawn and there was no manager available to give me my refund. I yelled and then cried. They figured it out pretty quick. They were cordial and understanding the whole time. They agreed that there should be coffee pots in the rooms. I got my refund receipt and walked away crying. When I got back to my room I realized they even refunded the one coffee I did purchase. That was so nice of them! The best memory of this horrific place came from this Starbucks. And of course, the coffee was great! Thanks...

Long, long lines at this Starbucks, but we finally were able to catch it with only a few people ahead of us late in the afternoon as we moved from the resort pool back toward the casino floor. Ariel rang up my bf for his Quad Venti Mocha, then let him know the price for each additional shot (that's usually a two-shot drink). He decided to turn down the extra two shots and we both totally appreciated her letting us know, since all the drink prices in the casino are slightly higher, and the extra shot price was significantly higher than at home. Standard Starbucks location: unremarkable. Although they do accept the Starbucks app, they do NOT allow ordering ahead. This is a major inconvenience as the line for guests waiting to order can be long. Please fix this deficiency.

Plenty of seating, however, the ambient music is far too loud. It is difficult to have a close conversation competing with the music.

Wifi is plentiful & free, although, speeds can be rather slow: do not expect glitch-free streaming.
