Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Nevada

Got 4 bagels, and a cold brew shake. They brought out my bagels quickly, but still no coffee. Then when I realized that everyone after me had come and left I realized they just forgot my coffee. So I went to the counter and was ignored so I had to speak up and say excise me, before someone acknowledged my existence. I showed the lady my receipt and said i ordered a cold brew shake? The lady snapped and said "We're Working On It!" I said ok and stepped back and continued to wait. More costumers came and went.... then she brought out my shake and gave it to a lady who had just ordered. The lady looked at her funny and proceeded to tell her in Spanish that she had ordered 2 hot coffees. I told her I think that one might be mine? The worker looked at us both funny then hesitantly slid the drink over to me. It was vary awkward and a bit rude. And while I was waiting this dead cockroach kept...

This location was terrible and I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. The wait got out order took about 45 minutes and the Sandwhiches were on the wrong bagels and had the wrong customizations. Our total cost for 4 bagel egg Sandwhiches and 4 drinks (coffee, milk, water, and orange juice) was $96, which is insane for this type of food. We went to this location because we've had great experiences at other Einstein locations. Each would.our bagel Sandwhiches were half warm and half cold because the stuffed so many sandwhiches on the tray in the little oven. They gave us chocolate milk instead of regular and when I went to exchange it, I just got a mountain of attitude, like I was inconveniencing the staff. The $6 water bottle I got was for a Smart Water (the only option for bottled water) but I received a small Aquafina bottle. We just ate our half cold sandwhiches and got the hell out of...

My first time in Einstein Bros. Bagel I've heard lots of great things about this place but unfortunately my experience wasnot good at all. I order a couple bagels and a coffee. Jenny the associate behind the counter was very unprofessional. The order kiosk asks for specific details about the order like what kind of bagel, cheese, and to customize your order. Jenny is not customer friendly creates a bad vibe and makes customers not want to come back. I was told by locals this is always a problem with her. If you have never been to Einstein bros please avoid this location to have a better experience with the company. My bagel was wrong and she was trying to tell me what I got which she was wrong.
