Horrible customer service, waited more than 20 minutes for our orders, watched a lethargic rude staff literally screw up Every order they put out. Was ignored till I finally had to get loudly accretive to get my food after explaining they were making us late for a concert. When my spouse went back for the spoons they forgot to put in the bag, He heard them complaining very loudly that we shouldn’t be ordering food if we have a concert to be too later. The concert was the reason we chose “fast food”. After reading the reviews I can see that you need to fire the entire staff and start from scratch in order to fix the problems. Ps. We needed the spoons because we never got the fries we ordered instead we got mashed potatoes and we no longer had time to correct...

The best one in Vegas for me, so far. Everything was piping hot fresh and on point! I don't expect no less! I stand there and smile, while I wait to savagely jump in. I was too excited, forgot the pics until that first breath. When my hearing came back, my first thought was, I must wipe these fries out first. So I did. They do heat up well in the air fryer. I'm in a hotel with no fridge or microwave. I just ate half or the Mac n cheese. More like CHEESE and occasional Mac! They said 30 minutes wait for the Mac n cheese. I said fine! And I waited. I have never been to a Popeyes that had no chicken ready, no red beans and rice and such poor service. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we finally reached the register, only to be told our cashier had to go help. We didn't notice while standing in line, but the cashier took 12 orders and no food had been handed out. We left, ordered, sat down, had our food brought to us and ate at the other restaurant, still with view of Popeyes. The man who ordered his food ahead of us FINALLY, got his food just as we were headed to the trash can to throw away our trash. Easily 30 minutes before he got his food.
