Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Nevada

Employee was very nice and conversational to the customer that ordered before me. She also shared the receipt with her requesting a satisfaction survey. Her attitude and demeanor immediately changed when it was my turn. I’m not sure what she saw in my appearance that was so different from the prior customer’s but our interaction was unfortunately very unpleasant. I didn’t say anything rude to her before, during, or after taking my order. She was short with me, and gave a very strong indication that I was wasting her time. Let me be clear that I’m not a slow person that is indecisive and asks a lot of questions - none of that really - so pushing someone’s patience threshold is not a common occurrence for me. She was very deliberate to throw away my receipt (the one that contains the survey invite). When I asked for one afterward I was only given the one with the transaction details. I probably would have shrugged this all off but then she made me the worst drink that I’ve had at a Krispy Kreme. So yeah, I took a photo of her to leave a bad review after eating my doughnut and throwing my drink away, because if this happened with one of my employees, a probationary warning or extra training would be in order and termination if a certain benchmark of improvement wasn’t reached. This place is disgusting their coffee is terrible so I asked the lady Where is the Starbucks She SSI up the escalator to the right So my wife bought the doughnuts and I went to get the coffee Come to find out the Starbucks was closed so I came back and I asked the gal why didn’t you tell me that the Starbucks was closed and she replied by saying You only asked where the Starbucks was at you didn’t ask if it was opened that really tells you what kind of person this is obviously this person doesn’t care she is not a person with common sense she is stupid and very unprofessional she shouldn’t be working here I wish I could add more to this comment but I’m not going to be unrespectfull I am educated and I’m not going to fall into her trap So people please don’t fall into this situation ask where and if still opened to avoid a unpleasant experience Krispy Kreme doughnuts get rid of these type of people working here at the circus circus I know this is a Circus but it’s more like a real joke zero stars for this...

I came to this location in la Vegas inside circus circus hotel to buy our favorite donuts with my daughters. It was 2 employees at the moment I got there they were talking between them, I said Good Morning but they just ignored me, it’s ok no problem with that. When I started ordering I walk to the display donuts, the African American lady scream to me and my kids, at that time another customer came. She said move I need to take care of it. I said I’m just trying to order from this side, she screamed to me again and she said it’s the same donuts that the other display. I didn’t know that!!! If she explained to me in a nice way I ll understand right away but basically just make me feel really ashame May be because my English has a kind of accent. She never apologized or anything else.
