Wendy's — Restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes

I wish I could give it 0 stars first if during your peak time at drive through you have us wait at the speaker for at least 20 minutes saying you are changing shifts then you finally take the order and by this time it’s at least 10 cars behind me. I place a 44 dollar order so when I get to the first window I ask the young lady to repeat it sto ale sure it’s right and she does but the manger Ezra gets upset she has to tell her that I asked her to repeat the order, then I tell them I want everything fresh that I will pull aside and wait they say no problem but proceeded to give me cold food and all of it was made wrong. Me and my daughter park and go inside to get the food corrected and get attitude from Ezra and the staff member that made that order. If it wasn’t for the young lady Jessie and the gentleman that was at the counter this experience may have went haywire, Jessie was extremely nice and helpful and tried to get our order to us fresh and correct which seems as though it made Ezra mad that she was trying to help us. Fire Ezra give the young kids a raise they were the only ones with any type of customer service. Also for Ezra to be a manager she was very rude and condescending and does deserve to deal with...

I live next to this Wendys and I used to work for Wendys. This is not an express Wendys like the one on Cypress Creek Road so expect it to be slow.

The haitian staff at this location look disatisfied with their jobs and it shows in the quality of service they provide. They stare at you when you get to the window with hard glares and smug faces. Even if you are being the most pollite person you will still get crap service.

Night time service is one of the worst and the don't listen carefully to orders and ask you to wait an extra long time so they can talk amongst themselves.

The only thing they have going for this location is day-time lunch which is busy from nearby businesses. Other wise I recommend you drive over to the Wendys on Cypress Creek Rd just west of Powerline Rd, that location is an express and its worth the drive for 2 minute service.

I would not even recommend Wendy's people are not only looking for great taste they want and experience. They seem to not give af about customers here. I ordered an avocado blt, i assume avocado was in it there was none. The chicken was cold like a dead corpse and the lettuce was shriveled up. The sandwich was dry improperly done and was tasteless total garbage. I complained about it and the cashier did nothing but look at me unbothered. The manager was there acting all big and mighty and rolling her eyes. Terrible Wendy's, terrible service, atrocious sandwich. I even went and bought 3 different ones to see if i can eat something cause i was hungry. All sandwiches were the same taken from the fridge and slapped between a bun. Tasteless and lifeless. I don't think it's Wendy's i think it's the employees who are rude who don't take pride in...
