I am a regular customer at your Laurel, Maryland location and truly enjoy your cakes. However, I wanted to share two suggestions that I believe would greatly improve the customer experience:

Availability of Utensils: It can be frustrating to receive a delicious Bundtlet or slice and not be able to enjoy it immediately because there are no forks or utensils provided at the store. Having individually wrapped forks or utensils available upon request (or automatically included with certain purchases) would be a great customer-friendly addition.

Employee Tips: I’ve also noticed there’s no option to leave a tip. The staff at this location is consistently kind and helpful, and I’d appreciate the opportunity to show my gratitude through tipping, whether digitally or with a physical tip jar.

My visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes earlier today was a delightful experience that left me eagerly anticipating my next visit.

As I stepped inside the shop, I was greeted by a charming and well-organized interior. It set the stage for a pleasant visit.

I couldn't resist trying their limited-time-only "Churro Dulce de Leche" bundlet. It was a delightful twist on a Mexican classic. Coated with cinnamon sugar and filled with dulce de leche, every bite was a delightful explosion of flavor. The cake itself was wonderfully moist, as is always the case with Nothing Bundt Cakes.

I placed an order online through the website. This was for a birthday that was to be delivered at 10 AM. Not only was the delivery sent to the wrong address. It did not contain the full order. The presentation was nothing as advertise and missing the toppers. After speaking with three managers, Brandon, Claude and Maggie. I still do not have the full order and my request for a refund was denied. The only reason I have the cakes were because, the neighbor whose house they were delivered to kindly brought them over. So now, even the quality of the order is compromised. This was certainly a poor experience. No one took ownership continuously, Blaming the delivery partners, explaining a process that is not helping me and I still do not have this complete birthday order....
