I placed a online order through the app with them the last night at 9:09 PM. The expected delivery time was like 9:36 PM. Once it got to like 10 o’clock I called the store because I noticed the tracker wasn’t moving and I won’t point is that my order was not being made, the first guy who answered was really nice and explained to me that they were backed up because they were receiving a lot of orders and they were shortstaffed so I understood. Then it was like 10:30 PM my food still hadn’t got delivered, it’s still saying that it’s out the oven just sitting there so I called the store and I asked the person how long has my pizza been sitting there, being that you guys are shortstaffed. He said he would go check and find out he checked and find out and came back on the phone and said that they will make me a fresh pizza being that it’s been sitting there for over 40 minutes. So it is now 11 o’clock at night and no pizza still so finally I called the store again because at this point I really just wanted to cancel my order because I’ve been waiting two hours for a medium pizza with two toppings on it. The third lady answered and said my pizza is out for delivery when they showed up at my house around 11: 15 pm , do you know it was the same old pizza that had been sitting there for over an hour and a half !? When I got the box of pizza it was not even warm the pizza was so cold you could tell it was old because the pizza was now hard and I called the store they put me on hold I had me on hold for like 10 minutes. I called back they had me on hold again, at that point I’m just like forget it. Because they were already about to close at midnight and who was the wait three hours for fresh pizza I was already hungry and upset that I had to wait two hours to get a cold old pizza and they said that they were going to redo it . Read morePlace sucked on Delivery. I order my pizza online, and the manager calls me about 15 minutes later to tell me they can’t deliver my pizza cause he had three drivers walk out! Sorry, but that’s not my problem......that is your problem and any food manager with a grain of salt would know to let the customer make that decision! If i am willing to wait an hour and a half for it, instead of 30 minutes, then you at least give the customer the choice instead of refusing to deliver PERIOD when your company could (he remains open if you want to come in) still service it’s loyal customers and those like me, (who are disabled, come see, deliver me a pizza and I’ll show you proof of disability, hence WHY I COUD NOT GO OUT AND PICK UP MY PIZZA, you inconsiderate jerk! Read moreI’ve ordered here 2-4 times a month for the last 2 years. I live 5 minutes away. I am very lenient about a lot of things. I do not care if the pizza does not look picture ready, or if they take a little longer then I’d like. Recently, they have really started lacking. I do not know if they have a new crew or a new manager or both. But my partner started to come in to pick up my food because the deliveries have been taking longer and longer. But the last time we ordered I went in and the young person in the front was completely rude and walked away on her phone when I walked in (looked me in my eyes and did not say a word, not even a “give me a minute,” that would have been fine) and the guy who was actively making pizzas had to come and help me. I actually switched pizza places for awhile but I decided to try again because I wanted the cookie brownie. I ordered tonight at 8:17. I was waiting patiently and did not call the store until 9:32. I asked them if my order was out for delivery or if it would be better for me to come pick it up. I was briefly put on hold and then someone came back to tell me my order was cancelled…??? Why? No explanation. She just said we called and it was cancelled. Now I signed up for text updates because I let my daughter play games or watch videos on my phone sometimes. I did receive a call but no voicemail. No text update saying it was cancelled. No email saying it was cancelled. Nothing. So I called back to make sure I would get some form of a receipt that I would be issued a refund. And someone answered and I was then put on hold. I actually only started writing this because I was on hold so long. I wrote this entire review while being on hold.
