Bojangles — Restaurant in Lavonia

I'm dropping my 4 star review from a year ago to 1 star. I wish I could give it zero stars. Around 11:00 am today, I was in the drive through for about 8 minutes, with only one car in front of me, before going inside to talk to someone. I talked to a taller lady, and explained that we've been waiting and asked why they didn't have that car pull forward to wait, as I have had to on other occasions. I told her 2 cars just left the drive through because of the wait She was not apoplectic at all and had the audacity to tell me I've only been waiting 5 minutes. (Which is still too long in a drive through). I told her that was rude and to cancel my order. We left and went elsewhere for our meal *I'm going to add that inside the lobby, there was one lady at the counter and a couple of tables had people. It was not very busy. I love Bojangles and I'm extremely disappointed in the service...

One year later, I gave another chance, on 11/17/19. Sunday 6.00 pm. They Had 2 cars in the parking lot, not 1 single person in the dining room. I ordered a 8 piece and was told 15 minutes they had no chicken. I did call the customer service number (again). Competition 2 blocks away was packed totally, but not at Bojangles. No way corporate dont know they have bad management, receipts have to show it. I am sure this will get fixed because there are 2 major chicken houses blocks down the street that will drive this one out of business. This was my absolute last trip here forever.

Just went to get family lunch, they took my order then told me at the windiw it would be 20 min. Because they dont have any chicken. At keast 3 times this year the same thing. It has been at least 6 months since i came here because of this same exact reason. Worst chicken establishment i have seen in 61...

On 11/10/23 I stopped here around 5pm and had only 2 customers in front of me in the drive-thru. It took 15 minutes for me to get to the window and when I did the woman informed me that it would be a bit, because they had to make me a fresh Cajun biscuit and when I said that was fine she asked me to pull up. I waited approximately 5 more minutes and I thought to myself that was pretty fast since they had to make fresh but when I drove off and started to eat. To my surprise nothing I ordered was fresh. In fact the biscuit was burt and old, the chicken was barely over room temp as were the fries. The chicken was pretty much unedible as it was basically like chicken Jerky! Luckily I live an hour away so I probably would never be back anyway but this place made sure I'll never be back. If this is the food they frequently serve I have no idea how they're still...
