Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrence

I placed our order online. We ordered a large THIN CRUST. I reviewed the order, placed and went to pick it up. I opened the box and it was a HAND TOSSED. I told the guy helping me that the pie was supposed to be thin crust. He talked to a guy I’m assuming was the manager and he looks at the register and tells me “Nope. Came in as a hand tossed”. I repeat that I ordered thin, he kinda tosses his hands in the air and sort of walks away. Then says “We can make you another but it’ll be about 20-25 minutes. That wasn’t acceptable. My husband had to leave for work. I asked the guy who I thought could be the manager why I would order a pie that my husband wouldn’t eat. He tells me “Well, people click on the wrong button all the time”. Then walks away. So I paid for a pie that was going right in the trash. No one said gee, I’m sorry. Nothing. This guy is so rude, so unprofessional that it’s ridiculous. He needs be assigned to the back of the store only or fired. We’re very disappointed. But we should have expected it. They always mess up the order. May be time to go...

I am a first time customer of Dominos. I recieved an email while sitting in the store for almost 10 minutes that my order was ready for pick up but it was not. Almost 10 minutes later it was ready (an hour plus after being ordered). I could hear a guy with a Dominos visor who appeared to be attempting to direct the chaos yell out several times my order was ready but he didn't have the stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta because the other employees weren't labeling the cheesy bread. After driving 15 minutes home we started to dig in to the food and much to my pregnant wife's surprise the cheesy bread had jalapenos in it... clearly mistaken for spinach and feta by the staff. Also, we didn't recieve the garlic dipping sauce we ordered and paid 60 cents for, not a big deal but I was excited to try it with the pizza. The lava cake was smashed in and flat with the filling spewing out... despite this it wasn't terrible. Overall a disappointing experience with a botched/incomplete order, I don't think we'll be back, not worth the...

I am not sure what is up with this location, but this is my third time ordering food and it comes undercooked. Since it has been off and on I give Dominos benefit of doubt, and I somehow come home with overcooked dough yesterday, again. I am not sure if it is the oven, the thickness of dough with the ingredients, but this location really needs to be careful. This can cause someone to get severely sick if they don’t know the difference between cheese and undercooked dough. I tried popping it into my own oven to fix it, but since it was already partially cooked all it did was burn the top.. but still have undercooked dough.. what a waste of money to have to throw away.

It’s a shame because I really like the staff.. but I’ll probably have to pass on eating...
