I get food there at 12 am after a workout because I’m hungry. I’m the only one in the restraunt and it’s late so I give them a tip for the food I order at the counter as well. I tell them light jalapeños and no cheese because I have a serious allergy caused by dairy products. They proceed to make it a reasonable time, and tell me in person that there’s no cheese and have a good night. Mind you I’m the only person in the restraunt at the time. From the glance, the pizza looks good as you can see and no visible cheese. I eat some and start feeling bad after noticing the cheese under the sauce at the bottom. This is also after I had to take of the mountain of jalapeños they put on there. I do not feel well after this and might get myself checked out because of the vast amount of dairy THEY said was not on the pizza. My order was not complex, nor was it lots of pizzas, just one. I tried to flag him down but he got in his car and drove away. I called the store and they said it was left there and they’d send it with the next driver. 35 minutes later I still had no pizza, called and was told they forgot it, again. Was told they would send a fresh pizza, as ours was now cold, with the next driver. 30 minutes passed again and still no pizza. Called again, told it is out with a driver. The order was just a large cheese pizza and we live about 10-15 minutes from the store, for reference. After the next 15 minutes went by my husband decided to just drive to the store to find out what the problem was and just pick up a dang cheese pizza. I get that mistakes happen and if they had sent us a pizza the first or even the second time I called I would not be writing a review honestly. But 1.5 hours...
Read moreOrdered a pizza for ASAP pickup via their website. Was given 40-50 mins for the order to be ready per their tracking system. I showed up at 45 mins and was told to come back one hour later. They are short staffed and have huge backlog of orders which is understandable during a KU game but nowhere do they communicate that the order is going to be delayed until I show up. The employee blames the website for wrong tracking info. I am not sure how I am responsible for their corporate issues. Would have preferred if they did not accept new order so I would have ordered elsewhere.
I wanted to support a locally owned franchise but this is the customer service I get. I was enquiring if the order was eligible for cancellation and the employee canceled it instantly without asking if it is okay with me, leaving high and dry without a dinner option at 8 pm.
