I really wish they would allow to give different ratings based on your experience, the dining room staff was excellent, however the kitchen staff seemed to be totally out of touch with their jobs. I ordered the boneless wings which I order nearly every time I come in to Denny's, however instead of coating the chicken in the sauce they just drizzled it over the top, after finally getting a coating over the wings, I wish I hadn't because it tasted as though someone had accident dumped the salt container in it and didn't tell anyone. It also took more than 20 minutes just to get the appetizer. I ordered the sirloin steak (medium) for my dinner entre with mashed potatoes. My largest complaint here is apparently the staff thought they had run out of steak, but instead of telling my server they just kept looking for one, making me wait for more than an hour for my dinner, upon finally arriving the potatoes were luke warm at best, and although the steak was cooked perfectly they didn't put an ounce of seasoning on it. I would've normally sent it back however I was seriously worried about how long it would take to repair the problem and cook another steak. To the wait staff thank you for doing your jobs tremendously well, to the kitchen staff you need to do better, you're in the service industry, I know it's Denny's and expectations shouldn't be high but honestly for what I was served this evening I wish I had gone to Burger King, I expect to get bad food and don't feel the need to tip a server who is being dished a seriously poor tip pool because of his incompetent...
Read moreOrdered omelette with red potatoes side from the app for the first time. Head to the store early because I had a code from Tmobile for free pancakes that I want to claim. Only me and another person in front of me in line, waited there for what feel like an eternity, because they’re ‘vibing’ it out and not even looking at me or even acknowledging I was there waiting, also I overheard she had somewhat of a big order. When its finally my turn, the code from tmobile was rejected as its for dine-in only (oh well 🤷♂️).
Now remember I ordered mine through the app before heading to the store but the the person who had a big order, which was placed there (was waiting behind her and heard their convo), got her order before me (sigh, another oh well 🤷♂️).
I finally got my order after a few minutes, head to the car and checked the bag to make sure my order is right, and it was,but found no silverware included inside the bag(I asked for silverware in my ordered).
I went back inside to ask for silverware and the same person look at me confused, then asked me if theres none in my bag. I confirmed there was none, she replied with ‘are you sure?’ and ‘did you look inside the bag’ before giving me one.
I said my thanks, have a great day, and left knowing that I would rather drive further to a different Denny’s or not at all before coming back here.

Read moreMe and two of my friends went to this particular Denny's for brunch, and while normally I'm satisfied with the chain I did not enjoy my time at this store. Our order took a reasonable amount of time, but two of us did not like our meal. One of my friends had pancakes that she couldn't bring herself to eat very much of because they tasted funny, and she's the kind of person to eat everything on het plate, and I had some sausage that reminded me of terrible hotdogs. Let me just say I like hotdogs, I did not like these. They kind of tasted microwaved. When we were going to leave, the one person who was satisfied with their meal asked for a to-go box. Ten minutes later we had the check but no to-go box. We decided to just leave, so I went to the front to pay. I wasn't satisfied with the experience, so I decided not to give a tip. When I handed over the receipt, I was asked if I wanted to add anything to the total. I'm pretty sure it was out of surprise that they bothered to ask, but it was the final straw.
