Wendy's — Restaurant in League City

Beautiful New Building. I was so excited I am an Apple Pecan Salad with Italian dressing with small chili for next day. So when I saw them open I made a B line. First, order processing not the best. Then he laid it on they didn't have and grill chicken and it would take 8 mins to make. His solution can he get me some else. He isn't making my 8 min. piece of chicken. I ordered something because this his stance. Okay, chicken nuggets, fries, and chili. My order fries greasy very greasy and soggy, nuggets I didn't touch. So I put the chili in the refrigerator for another day. Couple of days later I put the chili microwave to heat for lunch. I seat down to eat my Wendy's chili (my favorite chili by the way) the chili is raw. The beans cruchy base was like eating raw beans with meat now even much meat by the in tomato sauce katchup sugar and brown sugar . So as you can tell I am still disappointed and pissed off with my experience and products with new Wendy's. I didn't want to mention as usual the condiments even I asked for at the box and window. This very first post ever anything but Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. League City please pay who is choosing and training your employees? Customer Service and Pride in a Job Well Done should be the mind set instilled into these young and new people. Teach them unity as a team the whole because that is how smooth ship sails with a strong unified crew. Your stores here if you have time lean you have time clean. All the fast food restaurant around 518 area in League City has a program and need to look at Jack in the Box and K F C on 518 . Simple do you want your job? There are so many other clean customer service forward and driving a little bit further for good hot quality food that I ask for it is worth. I wish go right here by my home but what the food my dog seriously will not eat and stores that make question how their making your food. Keep in mind if you can the food request you ask for in the first place. When I think fast food restaurant in the in 518/Hobbs Rd area is I think "I'm sorry we're out of that"! and then I think why did you come here ???...

The manager man was very cool. Had his crew make me another FRESH chicken sandwich. They served me two stale- sitting out WAY TOO LONG - crappy chicken sandwiches. I ate one and didn't complain about the first one But it was disgusting. I was that hungry I ate it anyway..second: the SNOTTY latina little girl behind the counter needs to learn how to smile and actually greet customers. She was on purposely slow counting my change back to me with a sour expression like she didn't want to be working. My meal cost over 15.00 and it was all stale & cold. No straws out so I drank my ice tea with no straw. The manager is cool. His pre-pubesent crew needs to be fired & replaced. Slow service, lack of freshness to food and crappy Customer Service. Corporate needs to be aware of this inexcusable lack of respect and product level. The manager did right. He didn't hestitate to correct my chicken...

I pull up to the window, ONLY CAR, ask for a minute please.... one minute pass and the lady with the ugly red and gold finger nails with the red lipstick gets on, are you ready? Then about 30 seconds after her a male gets on “Do you need help with the menu?” I purposely ignore him. What are you rushing for when there’s no one else in line? I’m clearly ordering for more than one person. I kept my peace. Pull around there’s a million of them in there like roaches with nothing to do but chat.... tf are you rushing for to get back to chatting? I will never come back here. They do the same thing every time I come here and only been here a total of 3 times. And each time I only stopped because I couldn’t get to the parking lot of Mc Donalds.
