This Location deserves 0's. Beleive earns all the 1 stars it receives. PLACE SUCKS. They close whenever they want and just put a sign up. The lack of cleanliness on the counter and cross contamination is stomoch turning. My LAST attempt to spend $ here was today. The young black man in front of me ordered a burrito. The black employee was OVERLY nice and complimentary and while making burrito he looked at him and said your a big boy I'll give u the full serving and added an extra scoop of barbacola then two scoops of chicken a pile of cheese and lettuce to the point the casier rolled her eyes when he failed several times to roll the burrito. When the guy gets to cashier emplyee says barbacola burrito. She replies half and half barbacola and chicken. He firmly says no just barbacola she rolls her eyes again and finishes sale. I order 3 hard tacos. He fills 2 of em i ask could u just fill the middle one the same. His reply yes but I'll charge for double meat. I said why i just want the "full serving" u have gave the prior customer. He yells back he paid extra for that. Does this idiot think i didnt just watch the entire transaction i was NEXT in line. So i said no thank you and walked off while he stared at the tacos. Take my $ elsewhere
THANKS for reply from "owner" but why would i bother. You have MULTIPLE reviews in here specifically pointing out the lack of cleanliness. YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING. My $ will spend anywhere BUT here. NEVER AGAIN but you should act on the complaints before someone is hospitalized with...
Read moreI went to Chipotle to pick up an online order. When I went inside, the food wasn’t ready, so I asked if it was being prepared since pickup was in one minute. The lady up front was nice and said the guys were making the order. After arriving at home, my first bowl had little scraps of chicken and a bunch of rice. My second bowl had chicken, a bunch of rice, sour cream, and cheese. The sour cream almost took over the entire bowl. My burrito had barbacoa, salsa, and sour cream. I ended up throwing my bowls away because it was mostly rice on the first one, not even sour cream, and the second one was basically all sour cream. I then called the restaurant to ask why nobody told me they were missing ingredients. If I knew that was the case, I would’ve just canceled my order. The lady then apologized and said I should’ve been told they were out of the ingredients, and it was because the truck didn’t arrive. She then told me she couldn’t give me a refund, but if I call 1800 Chipotle and say that she authorized a refund, I’ll receive it. After contacting them three times and having two out of three of the agents pretend they couldn’t hear me and hang up on me, I gave up. I spent $45 on food that I didn’t even eat. I then contacted Pepper, and they offered me free guacamole and an entree. How does that add up to $45 worth of food that is in...
Read moreIT HAS A PICK-UP DRIVE-THRU... This is the only Chipotle I've been to that has A LOT of staff working at one time. Unfortunately, this still doesn't make for better service. They are often low or waiting for a restock of meat or rice. You'd think with how busy it gets that they'd be prepared. The drive-thru is to pick up online orders ONLY. But, let me tell you, it'd still be faster to walk in and wait in line than pick up the order that you visibly see ready and sitting on the counter for you from the window.
I have a love-hate relationship with Chipotle, and from the times I went there, I wasn't impressed by the food flavoring or the chips seasoning. Both very much lack, but I can't judge them solely off these times because I know how busy they must get and understand it can be a lot to provide quantity and quality at all times without bumps in the road at times. My mom loves it every time and gets it often, so it really depends on how strong you like your food to be flavored.
Staff isn't rude or anything from my experience, but they aren't social or interactive either. It's like a quiet transaction , and there's nothing wrong with providing service without friendly conversation. But I'm a friendly and social person, so it'd be nice to have some sort of friendly interaction with...
