The Meltdown — Restaurant in Leominster

Terrible experience. Arrived at 6:30 p.m. didn't get food until 8:00 p.m. that would have been tolerable if the place was busy, but there was literally only four other families there. The waitress assigned to our table was completely negligent, never checked on us, and when we asked for things she would say "just a second" and never returned.

Other families had visibly the same experience. One even complained, but it was obvious the complaint fell on deaf ears. The complaint went to the "host" who only apologized, but did nothing to rectify the situation. As I left I also complained to the same man, who clearly had no interest in making the situation better. Food was okay, for a Denny's, but one of my family members food was overcooked.

The only thing that was told to us was some nonsense that ended up not being true about why the service was so slow...
