Burger King — Restaurant in Leominster

WOW, worst Burger King location I have EVER been to. We went there at around 8 PM on 10/17/14. Plenty of staff and ALL of these issues:

Crumpled receipt paper all around the register and on the floor No ice No ketchup Trash all over the floor/tables Flies all over the restaurant Windows absolutely disgusting, smudged and looked like they have never been clean! Half the beverages out Sandwiches made sloppy and messy No small lids

All of these issues which made for an awful experience, the cashier even rolled his eyes when my Wife gave him her order. The restaurant was NOT busy, in fact, there was only ONE person in line when we walked in. Employees yelling and eating fries and hanging out in the back with all of these issues!

There was however, one employee who seemed like she was trying very hard to keep up and pick up the slack. She was working all over. I wish I remembered her name to give her credit!

I worked at a BK when I was a teenager and took pride in making a good sandwich and being a good employee, why not? It's not a hard job!!!! You would think they would want to stay busy to make the time...

Well the Wife and I were heading home from attending a Dave Chappelle concert in Conn and wanted to grab some food before we got home. We stopped first at Dennys but they only offered take out at that time of night so we seen Burger King was open and what a bad decision. It started out at Drive up window to order. We pulled up and it took literally 2 minutes for them to respond to take order and once we placed our order we pulled up to get order and they gave us our sodas and then food. I just happen to notice it was NO ice in soda and both were extremely warm. So I told the person that passed out order Where's the ice. She said they had no ice. I ask 2ife so when were they gonna let us know that, could they not tell us when we ordered soda?? Anyway then we pulled over in their parking lot to eat before heading home and food was terrible and Wife's meal had a surprise in her Chicken Fries!! The surprise was an Old cheese stick. So needless to say it...

Management is completely terrible here. Just got food from here they forgot our Diet Coke, I asked for extra chicken on to my wrap. Manager gave me a hard time and a nasty attitude. No other bk has given me a hard time about extra chicken. It’s what the customer wants. Not you. You aren’t eating it or paying for it. We asked for a number 2 double with cheese. They gave us completely something different with jalapeños. They got mad that the order was wrong. When it was on them. They took the burger back took everything off it and microwaved it to the point where the buns were soggy and super hot. You can tell it was definitely microwaved. I never received a burger that hot ever. I will never return here ever again. Maybe the employees here need to listen to what customers are ordering instead of doing it there way. And being on there phones. Pay attention and do your jobs right. Super disappointed wanted a refunded. Waste...
