Read moreI was just recently in there for dinner. It took forever to get someone to take our order. Then we sat waiting for it and while we were waiting a manager and I guess a new hire were sitting talking pretty loudly to the point I could hear EVERYTHING. Not very professional at all. I did learn ALOT. Like their reviews for the most part are fake. The manager said if they get a certain star every month everybody gets a bonus and when people don't leave a review they then have a staff member go and rate as anomous, so that everyone gets a bonus that month. Also, the manager had ALOT to say about all the employees and managers. Some were nice but most were very negative. She told the new hire that she only wanted them to train under her so it would be done the right way. Plus a bunch of other things that didn't sit well with me. Now that I know alot of this I probably won't go back which is a shame because I like Papa Gino's and there aren't many left. Hopefully from this review, they turn their customer...
Read moreI read the reviews of Papa Ginos before I applied for work there....90 percent of the people who worked there left bad reviews. But me being me figured they were just lazy employees.....let me tell you now if your thinking of applying there dont....they have a huge turn over rate for a reason....its the most unorganized.....most stressful place I've ever worked....your never fully trained properly and on top of that the managers minus one or 2 are super lazy and don't know how to delegate their authority. Which means a good worker like myself will have to pick up the slack of people sitting on counters...of drivers taking wrong orders and messing up entire shifts.. and not to mention the pay cards they have I couldnt het my money all weekend because of some glitches in the system. MY OPINION IS STAY FAR AWAY AND FIND SOMEWHERE WHERE THE MANAGERS ARE MORE TRAINING FOCUSED AND A PLACE WHERE THERES...
