SERVICE SUCKS @ LEWISVILLE LOCATION!! If you want to go to Chili's go to the one in Carrollton off the tollway They have The Best Customer Service Best Food!!

Chili's in Lewisville the bar is horrible!! ridiculous wait time for water, 15 min, maybe 20 , the server was so busy judging me her customer she had no problem walking past me and my son 2 times before coming to us after we moved to a both to get service thinking they would see us

The nice bar tender came to see if we were helped when the lady finally came with the water, the California flat bread pizza which had been a fav of mine was drizzled with mayo frm the taste and look of it the chicken which should be the like strips of grilled chicken was fatty shredded chicken

The icing on the cake for me was calling the next morning on Saturday to talk to an excuse providing manager who didn't have enough respect for his position as a manager to even apologize, lol

I normally never go to food chains like this except like once or twice a year when my large number of family members come to visit especially in areas like Lewisville, it had been 2 yrs figured it was better now I know why it wasn't busy like before, Yess it quickly reminded me of why I stopped going to this one NOTHING HAS EVER CHANGED AT THIS LOCATION STILL THE WORST PLACE TO DINE Smh

EDIT 1/2/20: Tonight I had a pretty bad experience at this Chili's location. Our waitress was good, but very busy; despite that our order came out correct. My complaint is actually with the manger. She was extremely disrespectful throughout majority of our meal. We were sat in a booth next to a computer and at one point, instead of using her headset, she yelled across the restaurant (over our table) to the hostess and then afterward she carried on a very loud conversation with a server. Then at one point they stood with the door open and it was really cold. As a manager, she was really rude. I will probably take my business to the Flower Mound location moving forward.

I have been to this Chili’s a few times. The food is always pretty good. Expect it hot and correct. I recommend the chili (with sour cream if you don’t do spicy very well). The service is hit or miss. The hosts’ could use some more training, so expect to wait before being addressed even when the place is dead and don’t expect to be greeted as you enter or exit. The servers don’t seem to bad. I’ve had Julie twice and highly recommend her. She is very friendly, attentive, and gets my order correct. The atmosphere is also hit or miss. Sometimes the surrounding tables can be very loud and rambunctious. It can also be very cold, so bring a jacket.

Well I will start by saying I was very disappointed in this Chili's visit. Although, the waitress was very nice, the queso we ordered for an appetizer was really watery and cold, and the chips tasted of old grease and had been sitting there for awhile. I was offered another appetizer and I chose the Texas cheese fries...we got a full size order and it was more like a half. Then I got my food I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and once again the pasta was super cold and the sauce was super runny, the chicken was fresh tho so that was appreciated I guess. I informed the waitress and she did kindly apologize. Then it took 23 minutes to get our dessert (which was included in our dinner) and we were given it in a to go box which we did not ask for. It was only my husband, my teenage son and I that went and with tip we paid $70 for just the 3 of us. I would have much rather gone somewhere else for the quality of the food we received. I have always had a good experience but I will not be going back to the Lewisville location again. The cook showed no love in his job and we were not even approached by a manager to ask about the problems we expressed to the waitress. Oh and by the way, they were not very busy for the slow cold service. I would not recommend this Chili's to anyone in...
