Do not take Your dog to this place its horrible staff that works in the back.i drop my dog off Nov 15,2024 pick him Nov 23 , 2024.he was dehydrated. Very weak.his eyes was dry crusty, He's Shar Pei.those that know about this breed know how thier eyes get, i left them with all intructions to care for him. the manager had the nerve to tell am yelling on the phone omg really,if it was his dog am pretty sure he wouldn't have been very happy with the Situation, staff did not Follow instructions since they say my dog was aggressive.i left emergency contact they did not call her to pick him up They just allow my Dog urinate lay in his pee.i have a lot to say about the Manager he did not apologize he just was Telling am yelling omg.(Heath Roberg.remember am the customer) he was telling me about his staff, he Didn't want them to get bit.that seem like all he was really Concerned About his staff not the customer, my dog have stayed at Other Pet Hotel they did not have any problems with him,am very sad and disappointed that this Manager would Not really understand are wanted to really listen to my complaint.we I had this dog since he was 2mths never seen

Read more[UPDATE] TYESHA is the best person to work with! I used to request Pawgress report, but three times in a row, no one worked on it and I was getting little frustrated. Then Tyesha stepped in and made sure that I get my pawgress report all the time! If someone forgets to create a pawgress report, she would verbally give me a "pawgress report" of my dog. Additionally, she is always welcoming and loving and my dog really loves going to Petsuite Lewisville!
Read moreI felt confident about this place I have two very different dogs and the staff seemed great. Reviews were good. I was rather disappointed the site doesn't have video but seems to suggest they do on the website. (Some locations do and some dont) When reading the daily progress reports they didn't align with what the staff was telling me about their feedings. When I picked the dogs up early just an hour after they opened they immediately ran outside and started peeing which was a red flag for me. As they both peed for a solid 20-30 seconds. Which makes me believe they had not been taken out yet. Meanwhile 2 workers were taking a smoke break. I had asked if the manager would call me to discuss but I missed his call and versus being able to discuss my concerns with Heath. He left me a voicemail to tell me that it's not uncommon for a dog to want to go pee outside as soon as they go outside. Thanks for listening to what I had to say first Heath. As I'm aware of my 14 year old dogs bladder and behaviors. I am also aware of the fact that if they are boarding and left locked up at 8pm and not taken out again until their owner picks them up at 730am there is a drastic difference. So thanks for hearing me out first Heath and instead I will share my very frustrated experience with Google reviews. I have an 85 lb dog that needs to go to the bathroom more than whenever your team feels like it.
