VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PARTICULAR STORE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I WILL NEVERRRRR GO BACK. For One, They Need Passcodes To Use Their Restrooms. I Had To Find Someone To Come Put The Passcode In Just For Me And My Two Children To Use The Restroom. I Walked Down To The Fitting Room Area And The Lady Was Hanging Up Hangers, I Asked Her If We Could Use The Restroom. She Said She Would Be There Shortly. 5 Minutes Go By, The Restroom Is Forming A Line, I Went Right Back Over To Her, She Was Chatting To Her CoWorker, I Said “Ma’am Me & My Children Have To Go To The Restroom.” She Finally Comes Over, With It Being A Line, I Said “ I Really Hope We Could Use It First.” With A Nasty Voice She Said “We Have More Than One Restroom In There, Y’all Should Have Used The Restroom Before Y’all Got Here.” PAUSE, As A Customer Thats Walking Around Your Store Shopping For Hours, WHO Are You To Tell Me That❓❓❓❓How You Know If I Didn’t❓❓❓Soon As We Were Done Using The Restroom, I Walked Right Back Down To Her CoWorker And Asked For Her Name, Of Course The Other Lady Tried To Act Like She Didn’t Know Her Name Which She Finally Gave It To Me. The Mean OLD LADY Name WHO Said All Of This Was KELLY. Sooo Thank You KELLY, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I Don’t Do Rude People Or Services, That’ll Trigger Me To Act Ugly Right With You. After Her Saying That To Me, I Wanted To Say “Your A Tad Tooo Old To Even Be Working Here, You Should’ve Been Able To Retire Already But Worried About Why A Customer Didn’t Use The Restroom Before They Came.” But Instead I Just Shut My Mouth. I’m Sick Of Coming Places And You Got Rude Employee’s, This Will Really Trigger Someone, Plus The Lines ALWAYS LONG AND WRAPPED AROUND, Your Main Focus Should’ve Been Helping With That Line Anyway Instead Of Worrying About Hangers And Talking To A CoWorker...
Read moreI regret having to share my experience yesterday at this store in the Round Grove area of Lewisville. Having to go through that uncomfortable situation upon arriving at the store. A security guard asked me if my dog was a service dog. I told him it was a pet support dog. He asked me about his vest and I showed it to him. After being allowed in, another person approached me and told me it was my first and last time entering the store because those types of dogs were not allowed to enter. I had always carried him. They tried to explain to me the differences between a service dog and a support dog, trying to insinuate that my dog's support status was fake. I got so upset that I invited them to learn about the ESA laws and that they are the only ones who can evaluate whether you and your dog qualify to be emotional support dogs. There are certain disabilities that only a service dog can cover, but pet support dogs also have their roles, and this should be known. That's what their credentials are for and as stores and restaurants you should respect it. Not like they told me that support dogs should be at home... which seemed disrespectful to me. I made the decision to leave without buying because of the lack of respect and discrimination towards the animal. I will never step foot in a Burlington again. And ESA will know what they think about their registrations. That they are possibly fake. And that the vests are not important. His words were defiant and...
Read moreI recently had an appalling experience at the Burlington store located at this location. I purchased several ladies' handbags and, at the time of purchase, I made sure to ask about their return policy. The staff clearly stated that returns were accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
However, when I returned to the store to return a few bags that we didn't need, I was shocked by the disgraceful and unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly a cashier of Mexican descent and the store manager. They were shockingly rude, dismissive, and outright refused to process my return, despite the fact that I was well within the return policy guidelines.
The level of rudeness and lack of customer care was astonishing. They showed no willingness to listen to our concerns or offer any assistance, leaving us feeling completely disregarded and humiliated. Their attitude was nothing short of contemptuous, and I left the store feeling deeply frustrated and powerless.
This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at any Burlington location. It's utterly unacceptable for any business to treat its customers in such a hostile and dismissive way. I am appalled by the behavior of the staff and the lack of basic customer service. Burlington needs to take immediate action to address the toxic atmosphere at this store and ensure that their staff understand the importance of treating customers with respect and...
