Starbucks — Restaurant in Lewisville

Recently came here Today, I ordered a drink with Almond Milk. I was standing waiting for my drink when I looked up from my phone I saw that the barista was making my drink. I watched her not get the almond milk out and she put 2% milk in it. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t lactose I would have drank it. Simple mistake we are all human. When she handed me my drink I asked her if it was made with almond milk. Which it was not. She told me it was. And proceeded to get defensive when I asked saying “ Taste to to see if it taste different but I put almond milk in it.” Then I realized they didn’t hand me my cake pops either so I politely said that I had ordered 2 cake pops. When she handed it to me she asked me again. If my drink tasted differently. Not wanting to argue with her anymore or get into an argument with her I just told her yes and walked off and handed it to my boyfriend. Never once had I had a bad experience with this Starbucks. If I could leave no stars that would be better. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION INSIDE TARGET M! This morning we went in for 2 simple drinks. I always get a venti latte extra hot. My drink was basically just milk, no espresso, no heat at all and the caramel Macchiato had no espresso at all either. These employees were more interested in looking at their phones then helping us. Very short with us and looked like they would rather be anywhere other than at work. I am a regional manager for a company that mainly does face to face customer service and I can tell you that if they worked for me they would not for very long. Wasted $12 again at...

Just got 2 drinks and the barista clearly did not care for anything. No customer service, mumbling and very passive, and he either didn't know how to make the drinks or didn't care. The mocha frappe had no chocolate. I ordered a white choclate mocha and he just filled the cup with 3 pumps of syrup, ice, and milk the rest of the way. He then put the wrong lid and just said there you go. Ridiculous. We walked away and are now heading to get drinks at the one across the parking lot. Absolutely...
