Wow. So much disappointment. This meal, and service, was a train wreck from the moment we walked in. To start, the host was visibly flustered and told us it would be a few minutes to be seated. Made the excuse they were crowded, the back half of the restaurant was vacant, so this was not valid. Set the expectation, but do not make an excuse. We sat down and enjoyed the waters they had pre-poured for us, our waiter came by and asked us what we wanted to drink, we told him, and were in the middle of telling him about the appetizer we wanted when he walked away. Our drinks were dropped off and he walked away again before we could voice our apps. He finally came back around about 10 minutes later and asked if we were ready. We ordered our appetizer, and waited 21 minutes for it come out. Ridiculous. While we ordered we asked the waiter what came on a few of the sandwiches to know what we needed to omit, we also ordered a burger well done. Our meal came out reasonably quick, it actually interrupted us eating our wings. The 2 sandwiches we ordered came with a wide variety of toppings that the waiter never told us it came with, most of which we did not want on our sandwich. The burger we ordered well done came out medium rare. To top it all off we were 5 minutes into our main course when the waiter cut our check. We spoke with a manager and had part of our meal comped off. Disaster. Would not advise anyone to come to...

Came into this location because I was at the hotel and honestly would come here just for this restaurant if I had not stayed at this location. There were three sections of this restaurant 6 the bar area more casual, the restaurant, and the dinner section. I experienced the bar and the restaurant area, the first day I got an appetizer of the pan-fried shrimp with baguettes. The shrimp was very good, big pieces of shrimp were very flavorful the butter sauce was very flavorful. I also had a chicken noodle soup the chicken noodle soup was a little on the Bland side but I poured the butter sauce from the shrimp into it and it instantly made it better and I ate it all. The second time I came I was in more of the dinner area where you can see them cooking the food I got this time the wing appetizer and I got the steak sandwich. The wings were great I had the parmesan and the Barbecue Bourbon, which was eight wings and they were pretty small compared to what I'm used to but really good and it filled me up. The steak sandwich was interesting the sandwich in itself I don't know if it was the sourdough bread that it came on but it was just kind of weird together the steak by itself was delicious so I thought it was just sourdough bread that was throwing me off. The other great thing is I don't like to drink alcohol too much so you bartender can make you mocktails and they're...

Overall, unimpressive. We arrived for dinner and after a short wait for a table, we were shown to our seats. It started well with the hostess asking us what the kids would want to drink so she could get that started for us. The waiter stopped by after around ten minutes and pushed to take our regular order right away. He made a recommendation, which I always appreciate. He went down the line quick as he could and once he took my order he just left without seeing if, perhaps, the adults would like something to drink other than water.

From then on, we were ghosted. Food was brought out and placed quickly then he would leave again as abruptly as he came.

As for the food itself, I had the short rib, which was the recommendation. The meat was dry as a bone and woefully under seasoned. My wife had a steak, medium rare, same experience.

Waiter came back to find out how to split the bill, we tell him. He leaves, fifteen minutes later he asks us if we would like anything else...I tell him the bill and a box for my daughters meal, we (wife and I) had a quick maybe 10 second exchange about whether a box was necessary and when I turned to confirm the box, waiter had already left.

He returns sans box and with the bills. We pay and leave.

Overall, the atmosphere matched the prices on the menu, but food and service detracted from an otherwise...

Admittedly, I haven’t been to many breakfast places (Walker Bros, Maxwell’s and Honey Biscuit are my main 3 currently), but this place is now the standard I will review them by. This place nailed every core breakfast item and then some. Bacon was nice and crispy, but nowhere near burnt. Scrambled Eggs were soft. Potatoes were perfect. They even bring out a little tray with an assortment of mini jars of jam for your toast (strawberry, blueberry, more). My fiancé got some French toast that I tried a piece of, and that’s now going to be the next thing I try when I go again lol. She really enjoyed them and the piece I had was crispy and buttery. Our server was very attentive, fast and courteous. Fantastic experience.

Nestled in the lobby of the Loews hotel, the aviation themed restaurant sits plenty more people than I thought it would. We found a nice sized booth near the bar. We stopped in for lunch so we ordered from the lunch menu but there are also breakfast and dinner menus. Food was good and the Bloody Mary’s had a kick. Favorite item at lunch was the order of brussel sprouts. Salmon sliders were also good. Free parking in the parking garage. Just don’t forget to get your parking ticket validated!
