Fresh Tracks Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Lincoln

Stopped by to pick up some subs before heading to Franconia Notch Park to picnic. The first visit was great and although the sub rolls were running low and only available for certain sub types the cashier recommended ciabatta bread which was great on my build your own ham and turkey sub. Reached are picnic spot and opened the subs. They were delicious and had plenty of turkey and ham. Saved a bit to have later in the day. Subs were so good we came back a couple of days later. The second visit was not as impressive. The subs had about two slices of ham and turkey. Not worth the $20 for a sub and chips. 10/10! Great to finally have a location in Lincoln that offers a fresh menu with loads of creative twists on classics and bold new flavors too! The menu is suitable for all as well. Vegan Tempeh Bacon What?!? It was incredible!!!

And loads more vegan options too, with the vegan feta whip, vegan sausage patties, vegan cheese! Oh yeah and nice draft beers and oat milk lattes and teas when looking for an NA option.

So excited to see how much I can try on the menu in the next 6 days before our vacation is over. Lincoln desperately needed something like this! Thankful it’s here and wishing you all...

I stopped by here on the way home from the White Mountains. I was surprised to learn they have only been open for about a month. I would have guessed they had been there for years based on the atmosphere, service, and the quality of the food. The menu offers breakfast items and speciality sandwiches as well as the option to build-your-own sandwich. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, and it was delicious.
