It’s a pretty efficient factory line here. Not the kind of place you can effectively ask for alterations. Typically very busy, assembly line of people coming in and out, no restroom, tight parking, orders yelled out over a loud speaker. Coffee is not something I’d go back for. I prefer the type of place with more of a personal feel. And definitely would rather pay more for higher quality and a commitment to less single use waste. Bagel with peanut butter - bagel ok, pb was two small plastic containers with highly processed pb (sugar, soybean oil, molasses, etc.) Not my preference, but plenty of people don’t mind. This just isn’t my kind of place. Edit: I appreciate the response and apologize if my review came across as anything other than trying to paint a picture of things I experienced that are info I look for when finding a place to visit. I typically go to Half Baked Fully Brewed but came here a few times while they’ve been on break. The alteration I asked for was to fill my reusable mug and I was told no (I’m guessing because of Covid?) I work in sustainability and the coffee cup and utensil I got were definitely not compostable. I appreciate any efforts made toward this though (although unfortunately compostable products are only effective if they are then put through commercial composting companies which are few and far between. And the recycling industry is sadly ineffective. Yeah, there are no awesome answers here aside from shifting away from single use. But again, I appreciate and respect any efforts in this arena.) I do always aim to support local and love having more than one local option in Lincoln for coffee! Thanks...

Stopped by here for a late afternoon snack. They have an array of bagels and cream cheese. I got the onion bagel with Chive cream cheese. The bagel was toasted and was crunchy. It also had just the right amount of cream cheese so that you could taste it with every bite. Sometimes the cream cheese to bagel ratio is woefully low in other bagel shops, but it wasn't the case here. I would have liked some actual onion pieces on the bagel, but I'm assuming they fell off while toasting.

They also have sandwiches, and I ordered the tomato spinach mozzarella melt. As the name gives it away, it had the above toppings with a balsamic drizzle. I was expecting it to be a bagel sandwich but turned out to be two bagel halves with the toppings. And I was also thinking they would pack it in a paper bag, but instead I got it in a plastic box. Since the bagel and cheese were quite hot, the condensation in the plastic box made it a little soggy by the time we ate it. Otherwise, the flavor was quite good.

We got to the store about 10 minutes before closing time but they were quite happy to take our order. I've been to a few places that have almost shut down before closing time so then you leave disappointed. Thank you for being open!

Parking is easy, right outside the store. They also have...

This was our first time here. I've been wanting to try it for a long time! We had a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese, an everything bagel with cream cheese & an iced pumpkin coffee. The service was fast, we ordered online. We sat at the outdoor tables to eat. We loved our bagels! My kiddo decided to trade bagels with me because mine was so good! The coffee was fresh & had super pumpkin flavor. This won't be our last visit. I'm excited to try a sandwich, now we know how good the bagels are. We are big fans of boars head, so I imagine sandwiches will be wonderful.

Update: We finally made it back for a sandwich! We ordered the BLT and it was absolutely delicious. Tasty bacon, fresh lettuce and fresh tomato. Toasted exactly how I would toast mine at home. I split the sandwich with my daughter and we both raved! I will absolutely be back for more sandwiches! August 2023, another great meal! I've been craving a bagel, so today we stopped by. I had an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and my daughter tried the tomato basil with plain cream cheese. So delicious! I tried hers, and it was phenomenal. It would pair really well with chive cream cheese. Online...

This place is always worth visiting if you're in the area. The bagels are absolutely fantastic. They remind me of something you'd get in NYC or North Jersey. Before heading home I usually like to get a dozen and freeze them. Wrap them up in some parchment paper so they freeze individually. Dethaw them the night before on the counter (or even toast frozen in the toaster) and you're good to go like you have a fresh bagel. The only thing to keep in mind is they get BUSY. It's best to arrive between when they open (7:30am) and 9:00am. After that the parking lot becomes overflowed and you may be waiting over an hour for your food. If you're fine with the wait, I recommend parking on the road or across the road at the McDonald's or gas station. Otherwise you may pull in to find there is no parking and have to deal with all the other people pulling in who will also be grumpy about the parking. Pictured I have the TRRP on an everything bagel. I usually get this or a plain bagel with one of their flavored cream cheeses. I've had other seasonal menu items too and you really can't go wrong. Enjoy, and remember, arrive early!
