As much as I love this place, I will never eat at this location ever again. The managers do not know what they are doing, and you get different stories from each of them. There seems to be no manager in charge of them all. If one manager tells you something, another can override what that manager says, meaning too many leaders and not enough soldiers. One manager was going to replace our meal that was messed up. My daughter walked there to get it just to be told by another manager that they will not replace it but will put it on my debit card. We did not want the refund, just the food. Now my daughter has to walk back home to get my card and walk back there. I will hold that manager and store responsible if something happens to her as I am a disabled combat veteran and cannot walk my self. Love this location, they are top notch. They try to always get my order spot on, most days. It's appreciated the extra mile taken for the quality enjoyed. However, I never sip my drink until I get to work, my hands are always full. This is probably the 8th or 9th time my drink, clearly marked "Dr. Pepper" was instead a Diet Dr. Pepper. Idk if someone just doesn't care to restock or are putting the wrong syrup on the wrong line. Either way, it's gross and disappointing. Also, their hash browns are typically soggy or mushy, never crisp. Fries are typically immaculate, though.
