I'm a DoorDash driver and this is one of the restaurants I think twice about before accepting orders from. They treat Dashers and by extension, their customers who order through DoorDash as less important than other customers. Tonight was the final straw. I arrived at roughly 9:55 and the lobby was closed. I waited in line until 10:17. While I was at the order board on the left, they took 2-3 orders from people at the other order board and never addressed me so I pulled up to the first window and said I was there for a DoorDash order. The man at the first window didn't ask anything about the order and told me to pull to the second window. I pulled up and the car in front of us took at least 10 minutes to get their order. After that customer received their order, I pulled up, again said I had a DoorDash order, and the man at the 2nd window told me my order wasn't ready before I even told him which order it was and he told me to pull around to a parking spot even though the car in front of me wasn't asked to do that. I heard the customer in the car ahead of me place their order and their order was MUCH bigger than my DoorDash order. I asked how long the order would take and he said he didn't know. He still hadn't asked which order was mine. I said since he didn't know, then I didn't want to pull around because they've forgotten me previously and because they hadn't asked the customer in front of me to pull around. Instead of trying to do anything to work with me, he started demanding I pull to a parking spot. I said I wasn't pulling around because I'd been skipped at the order board, my order was smaller than the person in front of me, they hadn't been asked to pull around, and I frankly wasn't confident they'd bring me my order due to my previous experience at this location. He then hollard for the manager on duty to "tell us to pull around." She then started yelling that we had to move and threatening to come out and "make us move." She also said since I was just DoorDash, she'd "make me wait on my order until I cancelled it." So basically she refused to give us our DoorDash order. During these interactions, I was very firm, but I was calm and respectful. After they started threatening me, I left and called DoorDash and was informed that this restaurant has had several complaints from drivers. I have had a previous issue at this location where they've told me they "weren't doing anymore DoorDash orders" after a certain time. In light of my previous experience and knowledge of how DoorDash handles these restaurants that refuse to honor orders, I have a feeling that instead of openly refusing to fulfill DoorDash orders at late night hours, they just tell drivers our orders "aren't ready" and make us wait until we go away and cancel our orders. I've driven for DoorDash for a long time, have a 4.99 rating, and have a good relationship with several area restaurants that I deliver for. The Papa John's down the street from them has even offered me a job on the spot, no questions asked because of how good I am at this. I've never been as disrespected as a driver as I was tonight. Drivers, don't waste your time at this restaurant if the lobby is closed. DoorDash customers, I recommend you not order from this location. It is clear they don't view their DoorDash customers as important as their in...
Read moreWell, it's McDonald's, so unless you live under a rock, you probably know what to expect. It's late, so I went through the drive-thru-- or I tried, anyway. It's one of those double versions: "any lane, any time," except apparently it wasn't, because I sat there for 10 solid minutes being ignored while car after car went through the other lane. There was zero indication that my lane was closed, and no, I wasn't sitting there in blind optimism that they would eventually get to me. The double lane becomes a single one just past the menu boards, and I had to wait for that to clear before I could move, due to the two poor souls who had pulled up behind me.
I finally was able to get out, but dang it, I was hungry and this was the only option, so I went back around and got into the working lane. I sat there for a hot minute, and had almost decided it was a me problem, when someone finally told me to "go ahead with your order." I asked for the "4 for 4" deal, expecting to me asked "which 4," since there's a short list of choices, but all she mumbled was "what's your drink and sauce." I was slightly taken aback, but my order was already on the digital screen, and since it coincided with what I had planned to get-- a McDouble and 4 Mcnuggets-- I said, "Sweet tea and hot mustard, thank you." I was invited to pull around to the first window, which I did, and paid. Then, after another considerable span of minutes, I made it to the second window, where I was handed a bag and a drink and waved off.
McDouble: present, but only half-wrapped. Reasonably tasty, as long as you keep in mind that you're eating McDonald's.
Fries: ditto
Mcnuggets: I'm not entirely sure they were cooked through. Weird aftertaste.
No straw, no napkin, no offer of ketchup, and-- worst of all-- NO HOT MUSTARD. Maybe the weird aftertaste is always present, and I never noticed before because I always have my trusty hot mustard. I ended up tossing half the burger bun, about a third of the fries, and a nuggy into the trash. Extremely disappointing trip, which will cure me of any need to visit Mickey D's for at least a year. The tea is pretty...
Read moreWent inside to order and eat. Stood at counter over 5 minutes before someone would pull away from drive thru and take my order. A receipt was asked for, yet never provided. We were given cups and told to take a number. Fifteen minutes went by and at LEAST 10 people waited on in the drive thru and we still hadn't received our order. After 25 minutes, I went up to the counter and asked what was taking so long. The young man said we were waiting on our mcdoubles. I noticed the big Mac I had ordered sitting on a tray for over 20 minutes waiting on the mcdoubles. A young man came in from outside and went to the back. Without putting gloves on( this was pointed out to me by the gentleman behind me in line as we could see through to the grill area). Between the big Mac sitting now 30 minutes and the mcdoubles made without gloves, I requested a refund. The young man that came from outside stated he was ONE of the managers started a refund. A woman from drive thru area came up front and told the man he couldn't refund it as he was not on the clock. She then refunded my card less my drinks. I assured her I wanted the full $14.87 that was charged refunded and she could keep the drinks. She finally refunded my card and we left starving. NOW I get to wait several days to get my money back although they were quick to take it. Service SUCKS at...
