Let me start with” most of the employees are fantastic” There are a few that think they can be rude, arrogant and bossy. Store is constantly out of something, this has been going on since way before the supply shortage AND the other stores in the area are not out???? Even though the hours are posted, they are not followed. More than once I have placed a mobile order only to find the store locked well before closing time( sometimes several hours). Yesterday I was told You have to leave right now unless you are wearing a mask. She went on to say that there is a state mandate for mask… pure erroneous information. No mask mandate here except for govt buildings, Starbucks is not the government!!!!
I won’t be back , I have enjoyed the great service from most of the employees. Management has done a wonderful job of ensuring that I spend My money elsewear. Shame but there is always a KAREN that ruined it for the rest of the team. Thanks Cat, Max and all the others great people at this store. Contrary to the beliefs of the store management, there are other places to get coffee. You will find me at local coffee shops from now on.

Read moreThe lady at the register on 5/24/2017 Wednesday around 4:00 p.m. Was rude in the manner of taking my order because I asked about the "free drink promotion" as if I didn't have any money or I wanted something for free which made the establishment look bad being that this was my 1st visit, and to make insult to injury she got very rude with me after I incidentally forgot to give her $5 which was only a dollar short from the four ones that I had giving her to pay for my tall white chocolate mocha. She then begin to explain to me about how smart she was in her math. By then proceeded to step to the side where orders were received after making she also never took the time to explain to me about the promotional free drink that I had asked her about. I then became a little bit frustrated with how she treated me being that this was my first time and first experience at this location. Sometimes we as human beings have to understand that when working with the public we have to be very careful about what we say and how we approach consumers because they are the one helping us pay our bills so that we may also be a productive member of society. So being that said always keep in mind that the power of the internet and Google can make or break a business. I received mine for working in the Drs office even!👌🏻👌🏻❤️ it’s just a regular coffee (blonde to dark roast ) with simple syrup and cream. Or you can do what I did and swap the surup with a flavor for like 70c🤷🏻♀️👌🏻 but whatever a nice treat for this chaos right now! And yes drive they only with what’s going on but you wouldn’t imagine how quickly I got through the line!! To be honest, I am glad that this is a location that is still currently open during these harder times...The people here over the years have always been nice, and this gorgeous sweet lady served me twice this morning (for got to place 2nd order for my friend that yes, I paid for. ) and they all have such a great attitudes❤️❤️❤️she was sweet enough to let me take a picture of her even though I made her blush and caught her off guard with wanting to take her picture for my review lol.
