We have visited this location several times and our experiences have always been good. The last to visits were different though. Service was great and the young ladies getting our order together we great. But we got there both times about 10- 15 minutes before closing. Of the three young ladies working the one cleaning was the same person on both our visits, one of which was tonight. The first late visit the store was not closed yet. My 7 year old needed to use the bathroom, I asked if we could and she told us that the bathrooms were closed. The store wasn't closed yet. I didn't want to argue because I saw they were working hard at trying to clean as much as they could so they could leave early after closing. But tonight she did the same thing to another family with 10 minutes to close. Now I believe it to be a pattern. I get that it's Saturday night and you want to get out as soon as you're finished cleaning but you're still open and you still have customers in your store. I had jobs like this before and the restrooms are the last thing to clean because you may get late customers. That same young lady complained to her co-workers after the family left. She also made some comments after a customer went in about 5 minutes before closing just go get a spoon. She locked the door with 3 minutes before closing. Both times we are outside so as to not keep them from cleaning and closing but it wasn't like we were left a choice either because all the chairs were being put up at about 10...

The girl helping me was very polite and was trying to enter the gift card but it wasnât working. So she calls the manager for help. He asked if the order is done. She says it is and itâs on the counter. He tells canât sell the order. So basically throw away the completed food? Thatâs dumb. If your equipment is broken, itâs your fault.
