Starbucks — Restaurant in Selma

I’ve been a fan of Starbucks for a long time. I have enjoyed the wide selection of drinks, coffees, foods and pastries. The individual creativity displayed on signs inside each store is always so positive and inspiring. The seasonal verity of drinks have consistently good, fun and creative.

I mentioned the individual creativity, but I also really appreciate the consistency I see in their teamwork, their positive attitudes and hard work.

This store is so nice, clean, artistic and the team is exceptionally knowledgeable and equally friendly! Kaela, the team member who took my order was clearly busy, but took the time to answer my questions and made a recommendation for a drink I was interested in and as I watched her and the team operate I was very impressed with their teamwork and I was very happy with how good the drink turned out.

This store is very clean, organized and easy to move around and get comfortable no matter how busy it can be at times. Again, the environment felt so warm and welcoming! That also helped with the level of comfort I felt and made it easy to relax and enjoy my coffee.

I want to make sure Kaela and the Starbucks team at store number 6378 in Selma, TX know that I’m very impressed and grateful for the experience. I hope you guys continue to set the bar high and inspire...

Desi, I can't even begin to explain how wonderful she was. Not only is she probably the most courteous out all the employees in the stores, she went out of her way for me at 11:55 PM right as the store was about to close and I can see in everyone else's face when I walked in "oh no this guy" but she looked at me with me the most graceful kind face, and as me " what would you like to have to drink tonight sir?" Not one moment did she hesitate, she just put a smile on her face & made my drink and not only did she make my drink perfectly I asked for extra caramel sauce and she went to the back of the store because they had just put everything away for the evening. The best part she went and grabbed the caramel sauce and put the most caramel sauce I have ever gotten in s caramel frappchino. By far I will be coming back to this location from now on just to see Ms. Desi. I hope she reads this and I want to personally tell her thank you publicly and once again. She is absolutely wonderful. UPDATE: As of Sunday, March 8, 2020 the service was excellent and wait time was minimal. The location was very busy. A long drive thru line and long line inside. I ordered 2 fraps and they were made and ready in about 3-4 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was expecting to wait 10-15 minutes like last time (& they were dead, not busy). Hopefully they can keep this speed up. They did seem to have many more employees working behind the counter. I'm raising my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. If they can continue this speed up next time or two visits I will raise rating to 5 stars.

SLOW AS HELL. It's been about 15 minutes since I placed an order for 2 iced coffee items and I'm still waiting. Not even busy. It's 8pm at night. Staff is immature and must be high cause they forget stuff like crazy.

UPDATE: I went back (didn't want to but only because of convince) and I placed an easy simple order for 2 fraps and they totally got both orders completely inaccurate. Never really had a problem with a Starbucks until I came to...
