I ordered a salad with honey mustard dressing, got no dressing, he asked about sauce for sweet potato fries (delicious) once again I asked for honey mustard, he repeated back Arby's sauce, put ice water on my ticket but never gave it to me. I asked when he handed me the bag if the sauce was already in there, he said yes & once again I asked for honey mustard, I got Arby's sauce only (which I'm allergic to) and he ignored me & closed the window. The fries were good plain & I waited until I got home & had some dressing there for the salad, good thing I still had half a bottle of water in the car since I didn't get any from him, at least it wasn't too hot that day. This kid needs help if he waits on people this badly. I was the only one there so he only had to remember for about 3 minutes, plus he had the water on the ticket. I'm so tired of these disrespectful punks (especially since last time I was at this Arby's had a problem then as well) next time I don't get my order I will sit at the drive thru window until I do & I hope they are busy. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
I tried to reply to the owner's link with the detailed information requested, filled out the form twice, the info dissapeared after choosing categories near the end & clicking, a button on that section, so I don't know if you got it since there seemed to be more questions. Read moreNO STARS for this place. I was charged twice for a 35 dollar order. The fries were burnt and when I called to let them know about the over charge, the manager Mishon, had a very nasty attitude. She was too busy talking over me to listen to what I was saying. She said I could not get my money back unless I had the receipt. I showed her the bank transaction with the transaction number but she said, I still need the receipt, I can’t do anything with that. I said I was calling corporate, she told me she didn’t care if I called corporate because they were going to tell me the same thing. Corporate told me there is a glitch in their system, that was double charging people. Mishon has very poor customer service, she is very unprofessional, and should learn to MANAGE her nasty attitude. Double check your bank account if you pay with your card and steer clear of the rude, unprofessional woman (I use that term loosely)...
Read moreApril 2024- I hadn't had a market Fresh turkey sandwich in a couple years or so. Today I ordered a couple of these sandwiches. I wasn't satisfied with the sandwiches because it seemed like the turkey quality was less than what I recall. Typically, the drier the turkey, the better quality. This turkey today was a little slimier than what I recall, which usually means one of two things. It's either a lower quality turkey, or it's old. I'm opting for the former giving Arbys the benefit of the doubt that thry weren't serving outdated food. It's so low quality now, I probably will not order the Market Fresh turkey sandwiches anymore. It's a shame, because these were such good sandwiches historically. On the flip side, the two roast beef slider sandwiches were very good. I'll stop by again for those...
