Dunkin' — Restaurant in Livonia

SO DISAPPOINTED. I am ALL about customer loyalty. If you are too then read this review. I recently moved to area. Literally have been going to this DD for 8 months EVERYDAY, sometimes twice a day. They know me. I use app for ordering and payment and today it didn't go thru on their end. Even tho I showed receipt that payment went thru to their store and again they know me, they would not give me my coffee and donut. Said I needed to contact headquarters and tried giving me an 800 number. Where has customer loyalty gone??? Saying its impossible for him to make drink with out ticket?? That's a lie. If he wanted to make customer happy he would have still made drink. I guess Bigby is the coffee for me now. If you are a loyal customer don't go here. They are not loyal to you. They are only out to make themselves happy. My son and boyfriend go every morning. They too have decided to not shop this location. It's truly sad to me that this has occurred. I let it go when they made drink incorrect and refused to fix it. I won't let this go. Shame on you... you are the owner of store. I am so...

The young lady working the drive thru early this morning was very rude and condescending. When I got to the window she schooled me on what she felt was the “proper” way to order coffee because saying “Can I get 2 large Caramel iced coffees” wasn’t right I guess. My donut order was missing one of two specific donuts I had asked for and we were not given straws with our cold coffee. When I asked for the right donut order and straws she became argumentative. After insisting that I wanted to be given what I ordered and for some straws she snatched the box from my hand, took her gloves off and threw them like a child having a temper tantrum. Years ago this was my favorite Dunkin Donuts. It is situated in Livonia on Middlebelt Road just South of 7 Mile. Previously they had Excellent customer service as well as product. This was before Ricky Patel had purchased this location. When it was owned by a previous owner and Mr. Patel was a Manager it was run extremely well. This location has gone down hill drastically. So that you are aware there are no set hours. Mr. Patel will close when it suits him. So, if you plan on dropping by this location it could very well be closed.
