The Food:
The highlight of Red Robin is, of course, their gourmet burgers. If you’re a burger lover, this place is heaven. Each burger is crafted with high-quality, fresh ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference. The Whiskey River® BBQ Burger is an absolute favorite, featuring a juicy, perfectly seasoned patty topped with crispy onion straws, tangy BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and lettuce. The flavor combination of sweet, smoky, and savory is truly irresistible.
Another standout is the Royal Red Robin Burger®, which is crowned with a fried egg, smoked bacon, American cheese, and all the classic fixings. The yolk breaks open and melds into the meat, creating a rich, creamy bite with every forkful. It's indulgent but balanced—truly a showstopper!
For those who want to step away from the burgers for a moment, Red Robin offers an extensive menu that includes delicious chicken sandwiches, wraps, salads, and even plant-based options like the Vegan Impossible™ Burger. The Avo-Cobb-O Salad is a refreshing and healthy choice, with grilled chicken breast, bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, hard-boiled egg, and of course, avocado on a bed of crisp greens.
Bottomless Sides:
One of the greatest perks of dining at Red Robin is their bottomless sides. Whether you opt for their signature steak fries (which are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside), sweet potato fries, or healthier options like steamed broccoli or side salads, you can indulge to your heart’s content. The fries are perfectly seasoned, and if you love dipping sauces, don’t forget to ask for their Campfire Sauce—a smoky, tangy delight.
Drinks & Cocktails:
Red Robin also shines when it comes to their drink offerings. From their handcrafted cocktails to their impressive selection of local craft beers, the drink menu caters to a variety of tastes. For cocktail lovers, the Sand in Your Shorts® is a tropical mix of peach schnapps, vodka, Midori®, and fruit juices. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for sipping on a warm day. Another fantastic option is the Tropical Mai Tai, which has a nice balance of sweet and tangy flavors with a generous kick.
If you’re more into beer, Red Robin features both local and national brews on tap. They even have a rotating selection of craft beers, so you can try something new every time you visit. Their Red Robin 1969 Lager, brewed exclusively for them, is a smooth, crisp choice that pairs perfectly with just about anything on the menu.
And if you’re dining with family, Red Robin’s famous Freckled Lemonade® is a must-try. This strawberry-infused lemonade is refreshing, sweet, and bottomless, so you can enjoy it throughout your entire meal.

No meal at Red Robin is complete without trying their desserts. The Mountain High Mudd Pie is a colossal slice of chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake, topped with caramel and whipped cream. It's decadent, shareable, and the perfect way to end your meal. For a lighter but equally tasty treat, the Gooey Chocolate Brownie Cake will satisfy any sweet tooth, with warm chocolate brownie and ice cream paired with a drizzle of hot fudge.

Read moreIn short, we will not return to this location. We would rather drive a bit further and enjoy our experience.
We visited on a Friday evening, as we wanted a meal out to enjoy our anniversary. We knew there would be a wait to be seated since it was a Friday night. Our wait was about 25 minutes, which is what we were told when we put our name in.
We were seated and our server (Laura) came over to the table within a few minutes. Drink orders were taken and she returned with those. We placed our food order, and the server went to put the order in. 25 minutes later she comes by the table with drink refills and then says that our food should be ready shortly, they are short staffed and got slammed. 20 minutes after that we finally received our order, 45 minutes after we placed it, and about 55 minutes after we were sat at the table. We informed her that we wanted to place an order for our French fry refills then so we wouldn't have to wait even longer because 45 minutes was unacceptable. She walked away from the table and a few minutes later a manager comes over with our French fry orders and puts them down angrily on the table. He raises his voice and asks why we yelled at his server. Told him calmly that we didn't yell, but that 45 minutes was unacceptable. He said his server was in the back "crying her eyes out" and that things happen, and she shouldn't be yelled at. We reiterated that we didn't yell at her, and the wait time was unacceptable. The manager finally lowered his voice, and then left the table.
He was completely unprofessional, never apologized for the wait time, or even attempted to ask for our point of view. His behavior is the entire reason we will not be going to this location again. Laura (our server), was at least polite.
When our server returned to our table it was obvious she had not been "crying her eyes out" (steady voice, cheerful, no eye redness, and makeup was intact. She wasn't gone long enough to cover up any trace of crying.)
It appears as though the manager acted out and was unprofessional to deflect the problem for the wait time for food from the issues they were having, and instead tried to blame the customer for "being unreasonable"; and that he tried to make us feel bad "that we made the server cry".
Shame on the manager for acting this way, and not owning up to the fact there was an issue that night and apologizing. Instead he cost this location long term customers, and gained negative publicity for his behavior.
(Yes, we left our server a tip, we did not penalize her for her...
Read moreJazzmyne was our waitress, she was RUDE. When she first came to the table i smiled at her, we said hello. She never smiled, until she handed us the check later that evening. She did not seem to want to be at work so we kept being friendly and i told my husband maybe she was having a hard day, it was a busy saturday. HOWEVER Behind us was a white family, she constantly went 59 their table and noticeably more attentive & nice. Not eveyone thats rude is racist so i hate to even bring this up but it needs to be said. The 2 black ppl tables (mine included) she barely came to. It took 40 mins to get our food, in that time she didnt come to the table & say “sorry for wait, your food will be ready soon”, “need any drink refills while you wait?” She walked right past multiple times. Even when the food came, the food (fries and drinks) is supposed to be bottomless but she never rlly offered refills on anything. She brought my son a drink refill & then ignored us. 1. Not everyone thats rude is racist but i def felt that she had an attitude with the POC that day! 2. I dont need you to be happy go lucky, but be kind, ask if we need anything, try to fake a smile. It was our sons birthday, even when we told her she did not even address him. As a waitress friendliness or at least kindness is your job. If your not in the mood, at least try to give good service. I can take a server who doesnt smile but still does a good job waiting the table, she did not. 3. The food is not good enough to deal with bad service. Go to Texas Roadhouse instead. I don’t mind wait times on a busy day but the food was not great. Thats a red robin problem not a staff problem, ive never been impressed with the food hut this was my sons choice for his bday so he got what he wanted but he didnt like his food either. Gave the southern charm burger a 5. God bless the hard working cooks & servers, there were alot of groups that night. We never told Jazzmyne that we didn’t like her service, we stayed polite & kind and tipped $3 for the bad service. I hate to tip bad, but im mot tipping the worse service ever had PERIOD. Also the mangers walked past they also looked upset & miserable. (we said nothing, i wasnt upset enough to try to say anything & i wasnt looking for a free meal so we let them walk past) Maybe they were understaffed & annoyed that day idk. The atmosphere was off & you can tell when employees...
