We ordered delivery via Doordash . What a disaster!

Your employee who answered the phone at 6:20 pm on 11/17/23 was unbelievable to say the least!

We called because our order was cold, overfried and burnt chicken with missing items and tasted like it was fried in oil that the fish is fried in.

This was dissapointing as we order from here frequently [SINCE YOU OPENED 1/4 mile away from our home] and we have always called back to compliment the food to the MOD/owner [as we believe in good neighbor relations and promotion].

Ahh...today not even close to anything resembling branding, execution, and especially service. WOW! Stunning ... since the expression on your website includes the summary and belief of your entire business being built on customer service.

We called the store as the food was not executed in the usual standard you hold your brands reputation up to. The person who we spoke to would not give his name, talked over us as we explained the issues, denied any wrongdoing, and told us it's a Doordash problem.

He exclaimed, "It ain't my fault your foods cold, you should've picked it up yourself "!

Nice! Oh it gets better!!

When we were explaining the issues he then stated,

"What you want me to do? Take a picture of the fryer oil and send it to you"?

He was smug, unaware of the damage he is causing for the brands reputation and image.

He then accused us of lying. We are simply blown away at this point. He then began to keep repeating..."Hello...Hello...Hello" over us as we spoke while laughing.

We finally had enough of this ridiculous situation. We support our community and its local businesses as we are one in Northville.

We are left bewildered at this disgusting display of inadequacy and representation of your growing brand.

We were not asking for ANYTHING at all but realized quickly after speaking with your "customer service representative " why we got the subpar food from your location.

Needless to say we obviously contacted Doordash immediately and was refunded the value of the chicken sandwich. The cold food [ it took almost an hour and we live 1/4 mile away] was on them and we understand that completely, however, the food quality and the way we were treated was repulsive and completely unacceptable. We paid 50 $ for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries.

Doordash is your partner and represents your brand, the person who treated us like garbage IS THE FACE OF YOUR BRAND!

You are responsible for the image, the execution and the experience of your brand!

This was so outrageous; were simply not going to sit back and let you take our money without accepting accountability for your failure on all fronts.

If you think one customer doesn't matter, your in the wrong business. We all matter, every order, every customer, every time!

You are only as good as your last order. We will be moving...

Here are few reasons why Zo's Good Burger deserve 5 stars, always! First, any Zo's Good Burger you visit you receive absolutely the same amazing tasty food, there is a set standard that they've been following for years! Second, very professional, friendly, and always quick to get your order done! Third, they never got any order wrong! I've been ordering from Zo's Good Burger since they opened up their very first location where they started at a gas station in East Dearborn on Ford Rd, which was back in 2013 or 2014 I can't recall, and we order from them about once every 2 weeks or so. That's about 80 to 100 burgers a year for our family! And they NEVER made a mistake in any of our CUSTOMIZED orders. We never order anything standard from their menu, our sandwiches are always custom built LOL. And let's not forget their SUPER CLEAN facilities!!! Omg their restaurants are sparkling clean!!!! I even look behind the counter and it's the cleanest I've ever seen. Oh, and their fresh meat they use for burgers! Ok, it's 9 am and I'm craving their...

I was in a rush for lunch, and saw the sign on gas stop building. Figured I'd swing in. I thought even if it was just a corner stand with burgers, just something to get into my stomach. WOW! It is an actual restaurant, though small with limited seating. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was ready for me to dash out the door within under 10 minutes. The moment I got back to my desk and opened the bag I was flabbergasted! The burger was enormous, and the side of fries I got was far more than I was expecting. The taste and quality of the food was so much better than I expected. Huge portions, so I did have to save the rest for later. Great price, great staff, clean facilities, and amazing taste. I will more than likely be a return customer at some point in my life. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I ordered the BBQ burger with a side of fries. The BBQ sauce is more on the sweet side, but not overly sweetened. Tasted wonderful! Real onion ring and fresh beef. Fries that you can actually taste potatoes...
