Sunday 06/22/2025 online Order - disappointed that the Old-timer is no longer on the 3-for-me menu (this is a corporate policy send complaint up the chain to the bean counters!) - I ordered about 10 burger(cooked decently ) meals over the last year and they remembered my fries every time - - the new Q something burgers no lettuce-tomato- barely any onions - I order the one with ketchup/mustard and not a fan of thousand island - throw me some lettuce/onions/tomato - in person I can order extra lettuce/onions for no charge - no way to do that when ordering online -
The burger was extremely under cooked close to being unsafe - not worth it (time wise) to drive all the way back and show when I ordered online to be quick - WORSE cooked burger I have seen at this Chili's in 3 years - IS there a NEW COOK? not trained? or not quality assured? on Sunday at 6:15PM 06-22-2025 ? At east the fries included this time - I also use to be able to pay cash when arriving to not use a credit card - unable to do with updated app! I had not patronized this Chili's Logan in a while and will not again soon. THE burger was un-eatable and not worth the price! The crew seems new. Is there a lot of turn-over in personnel ? That means there is a management issue. Low-pay, politics etc...
1 year ago: They forgot my fries, albeit I was so worried about it being cold, I rushed out the door. This is the third time I explained the 3 for me order to the cashier running the to go station. It's like I am speaking Greek and they over charge unless I catch them as I know what the price...
Read moreI came in with my family for lunch. We waited with a big crowd for the greater to ask us how many. When it got to our turn he just stared at us and we said 3. He grabbed some menus, never told us to follow but we assumed he wanted us too and sat down in a booth. This was a terrible first impression. When the greater doesn't even acknowledge you that's a problem. I don't care if they are overwhelmed, their is no reason to not even acknowledge and talk to your customer when the title of the freaking job is "greater".
Then we sat down at the booth. Once sitting down and scooting into the booth I heard big planks each time I scooted over and could feel wooden planks shifting beneath my butt. This tells me that the booths desperately need to be updated. Which, to be fair they should be considering this restraunt has not had a face lift since I was a kid. The whole point of coming to a restraunt is to enjoy the atmosphere and service in comfort. If the seats arnt even comfortable and the service is sub par, why am I even going in?
Lastly, we ordered chips and salsa. At times the chips can be sooo good. Which is why we go in. Bit this time, they tasted stale. I'm am very disappointed with this establishment. And will be questioning if I even want to return to the logan restraunt...
Read moreI've always liked Chili's. I find extremely disappointing that they discontinued my favorite dish, the chicken fried steak--it was my go-to for years. I don't go often these days, but still often enough that the frequent menu changes are annoying. But, there are still good offerings. We love the cheese curds, and were delighted when our 3yo kids did too. My husband got an alfredo pasta with chicken--his current go-to-- and was happy with it (it was really good, and I ate the last few bites). I got the Guiltless Grill 6oz sirloin, but with corn instead of asparagus. It was really good. Slightly undercooked, as is the norm in most restaurants, but I am fairly flexible, and ordered with that in mind. I was very happy with my meal too. I don't usually order from that part of the menu, so the portion seemed small (no rice or potato), but was a good size for no leftovers. If I hadn't neglected to eat all day, I'm sure it would have been more than enough.
I was annoyed that I had to specifically request a paper receipt, as once a server brings a box and knows you've paid, they never see a reason to stop back. My husband ended up having to chase our server down.
Overall, food was good, service was good, value was average, on the slightly pricey side (to us). ...
