It's very hard to find a "mom and pop" sandwich shop that knows hope to keep their customers, this place is definitely one of them!! Sandwich was fantastic, customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and actually looked happy (not like a forced happy lol).

I'd like to add that even though their square equipment was down and was cash only (I don't carry cash so I was about to leave), they were able to add my information so they could serve me and charge my card once the machines came back up! That level of customer service deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded!

Now the food. I will say this, the lady warned me that the pasta salad was spicy, granted I was like how spicy can pasta salad be?? That's my fault lol. I'm a wimp when it comes to spice, but I'd say it was about the same as biting a jalapeno, by the end, I was sweating lol so I'd love to try a non spicy version because the flavor was spot on!! The sandwich had the perfect amount of meat, but then I went ahead and made it double meat and added roast beef. I finished half. Didn't even finish the chips lol. Got the peanut butter cookie and that was great too. Everything was wonderful!!

To the owners, great job!!! You have a wonderful team, and the fillings on the sandwiches are perfect! Only feedback is I'd absolutely love to see an Italian meat on your Italian sandwich such as prosciutto, and maybe sub with Genoa salami instead of hard, mortadella might be overkill but who am I to complain lol. The ham, salami, and pepperoni is a little boring. I'll be back tomorrow and again...

First time visitor to Logan's Heroes. Girl behind the counter was incredibly rude. She seemed extremely offended that I didn't want lettuce on my sub. She snapped her head back like I had just punched her baby and asked me very loudly if I was sure three times to embarrass me in front of customers behind me:

  1. So NO LETTUCE?
  2. Ok, so you really WANT NO LETTUCE?
  3. So, do I have this right? NO LETTUCE???

Like.. how many times do I need to answer the same question, and is it really so wild as to get angry about it? Such weird behavior... Then she punched in my order and gave me the price immediately. I wasn't done ordering yet... this infuriated her, and she says "what do you want then and what size??"

She firmly "placed" my drink on the counter and said "get your chips behind you."

The sandwich was ok. It was tasty. Nothing incredible or worthy of the classless and rude behavior at the counter.

Will not...

I have been here several times. Probably should get things here more often! Anyway, it's great. Last time I ordered the spicy Italian sub/hero and took it camping (a quick overnight). Ate half when I got there. So satisfying. Then late at night, after a bit of socializing, campfiring, etc. I had the other half. It was even better! Seems like soaking a bit into the bread makes it even better. I don't really know what's the secret - the ingredients don't really look that special - but they combine to make the sandwich really stand out. The baklava was excellent too! Had a Gyro and it was so so (but the owner was not making it - and it was a really slow day). They are made from reheated gyro meat on a grill (or maybe even microwave) which can still be pretty good (I make it myself and leftovers are tasty), but the tomatoes were blah, onions sort of limp, and the bread just OK. But...

This place was great. Nestled in the small city of Logan, Utah, Logan's Heroes was delicious. We got a spicy Italian and a smokey which were about $8 each. The subs were huge, easily over a foot long, and each came with a bag of potatoe chips. We sat in the back on patio tables with our toddler and dog. One of the employees came by and asked if we wanted ham for our dog. He gave us 5 or so slices of thick ham. It was a sweet gesture, and greatly appreciated by the dog. We will definitely be stopping by again the next time we are in Logan.

I'm in town for the Opera and Musical Theater festival and needed a quick lunch before the show. Logan's did not disappoint. I ordered one of their Specialty Heroes, the Logan's Hero (minus mayo and oil and vinegar) on wheat. The meat and cheese were freshly sliced, the lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes flavorful, and the wheat bread very soft. The sprinkle of dill on top was unexpected, but added a nice flavor! $13 for an excellent 6 inch sandwich, chips and a drink was a nice deal.
