Have no complaints on the food, it was delicious as always and cashier was wonderful. I have been to this bakers several times and have never had any problems but today I went with my husband and while we waited for our food he had to use the restroom so he had to ask for the code to access the restroom so he did and that was that. I asked him for the code because I had to use the restroom before we went home after eating but code was not working for some reason, so I kindly asked a older woman in the front if I can have the code to the restroom and she told me that I can only have access if I purchase food, I was confused but I did proceed to tell her that I had just finished my food and I would like to use the restroom. After I did tell her that, she gave me code. I feel like she almost wanted to ask for receipt to show proof that I had actually purchased food. I did feel discriminated against and unappreciated because we spend so much money eating out and to be treated like this at a fast food establishment after a long day at work when you just want to enjoy a nice meal, it is absolutely ridiculous what era are we in to be treated like this. If Bakers has a strong policy on this why not just bluntly ask for receipts every single time you want to use restroom so they can see how foolish it looks to just assume you are not a customer. Managers and corporate need to address and teach employees how to treat customers with respect no matter how they look or in what they believe in. I will not be going to this establishment anymore not that it will make...
Read moreThe food was fine, very standard Bakers quality. However, if you go just go thru the drive thru. Ordering inside was one of the worst experiences I've had in a while at a fast food place. The staff did NOT care about any of us whatsoever. They have one self service ordering tablet where you can place your order, and it is not user friendly whatsoever. The two people in front of me, and myself, both took close to 10mins each just trying to figure it out. And while we were trying to figure it out, the staff kept avoiding eye contact with us because you could tell they did not want to help us. After that, i asked for the bathroom code and was given the wrong code 2 times. The only way i got in was because someone else was coming out of one. To put the cherry on top, the AC was definitely not working in the building, so it was hot and muggy inside. The rudest staff ever. I get it, if you don't like your job you aren't going to be beaming with joy. But thats not any of our problem, and you have a choice of where you can work based on your skill level, so go find a place where you can be happy and do a better job at whatever...

Growing up on chorizo burritos i expect better this was terrible money not well spent for there breakfast strongly do not recommend find your nearest mom and pop and have breakfast there this bakers needs to be closed and...
