Typical KFC food quality. This location's employees are friendly and helpful. IF you decide to order the hotwings, and they aren't ready at the time that you place your order, the wait can be up to 10 mins. At least they will let you know at the speaker box. They have different selections of $5 boxes that also comes with a side order, cookie, and a drink.

Tonight they served up some burnt thick non edible Nashville sauce on top of chicken tenders that I ordered in a meal. And on top of that, the lady lied and said there's condiments in the bag after I asked about honey and butter for the biscuits and there was not even one. I took it back. The guy gave me new tenders (UNsauced this time not going for round 2 of that stuff) forgot my biscuit and said sorry. I called customer care and explained what happened and that I took a picture and it's on the website. They said they will give me an $8 credit in the app. Why is it so hard to find good service?? I know this sounds strange, but I mainly go here for "medicinal purposes". When my muscles ache terribly, due to muscle atrophy from decreased protein intake because of reduced food intake, I come here for their chicken thighs per orders from my nutritionist. Amazing how this does the trick because not only am I getting the necessary, easily digestible protein I need to rebuild atrophic muscle, I'm also getting all those extra essential goodies like myoglobin (your muscles' version of hemoglobin) along with it for even faster recovery, and chicken thighs are LOADED with myoglobin.

Why am I making such a big deal about this? Most KFCs won't let you buy a bucket of chicken thighs like that, or they whine and complain about your request the entire time I'm there. This location has never done that. They did request I call in advance so that they would have my order ready by the time I get there. Now that's service!...

Very disappointed with the food. I really don't know what is wrong with this store. We went once a couple of months ago and said that their "chef" wasn't on their break so they couldn't serve us any chicken, didn't know it was that hard ro fry chicken but fine. Went to give it a chance today and oh boy. Well all you need is pictures to know, but yeah the chicken not covered with the crispy skin and there was bearly batter on the actual chicken and the batter that was on there was undercooked and soggy. They were in some hurry, it shows in the food, yet I was the only person in the drive thru. I guess I can see why now. Extremely disappointed and pretty much done with this store, hopefully there is another KFC I can go to that actual does crispy...
