Menu is confusing as heck - I almost walked out because I was overstimulated. Additionally, I was charged $11 for a medium iced latte.. when I questioned the barista, she pushed back. I ordered an iced latte (medium iced biscoff latte to be exact).. I was charged for a biscoff chiller & had a $2 upcharge for it to be an iced drink. This is absolutely criminal & the barista acted like she could not be bothered. I told her she was lucky I was using my corporate card because no one else would use their own money on an $11 medium iced latte. Definitely a register training moment...

In 3 minutes tops I got the best Carmel Cappuccino I’ve had in years (maybe ever). Definitely puts Starbucks to shame (including their wait). Guy behind the counter was super kind last time I went here, and again this time. He even remembered us from weeks, maybe months back. We stopped here before going to work, and was definitely well worth going in for. I’m going to try to make this part of my weekly routine now. I rarely stop inside Yorktown, but now I have a good reason to go in frequently. Shout out to the guy working there around 11am, businesses need more people...

Just purchased a pumpkin spice latte which the barista initially made for a small size latte when I had actually ordered a medium sized latte. Instead of remaking it with the correct measurements of ingredients, she just steamed together some extra milk and coffee and added it to the cup to make it a regular size. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why but I can barely taste any of the pumpkin spice flavoring and instead it tastes just like hot steamed milk. Kinda disappointed as this use to be my go to place for coffee all the time but the quality is not what...
