I come quite often to this place, ordering the same thing: the salad, spicy tofu and shrimp, sometimes alternating the shrimp with the bourbon chicken. However, I intend to stop having food at this establishment because of a staff named George (he said it’s his name; I don’t know whether it’s true or not, there’s no badge on his shirt). He got an earphone on one of his ears, so I know he was probably listening to music while talking to the customers. He kept asking me, “What do you want?” I said I want the raw vegetables. He said they don’t have it, and I pointed the vegetables tray to him and he said condescendingly, “Here we call it salad.” And then he asked again, “What do you want?” And I said, “The salad.” He asked again without moving his hand to fulfill my order, “And then what do you want?” And I thought he was not listening to me because he stayed still, so I yelled at him, “I WANT THE SALAD!” And he said, “You don’t have to yell at me.” I said, “I yelled at you because I thought you didn’t hear me.” And he behaved so rude afterward that I asked for a manager but he said the manager wasn’t available and gave me a number that doesn’t work.
The food is subpar compared to Panda Express and I came to Cajun Grill because of the tofu, and now I don’t want to ever come here. Don’t waste...
Read moreI came to visit the mall and felt bad this place wasn't as busy as Panda Express. I went up to place an order and their menu said Combos and a list of other options like a rice bowl. So I asked the worker how it worked. The guy said one entree and two sides. I was confused by which items were sides and he responded very rudely... How would I know which were the sides if the sides are not listed?
Once I checked out, I asked the cashier for hot sauce or Sriracha. The cashier smerked and said no, we only have sweet and sour sauce no hot sauce. She handed me the sauce and walked away! Rude!
What kind of Cajun restaurant does not have hot sauce?
I should have just gone to the other Asian restaurant. Not...
Read moreSo many negative reviews for stupid reasons. This place is amazing! Who cares if it isn't actually Cajun. They give you huge portions of food and even put the bourbon chicken all over your rice thereby increasing the amount of food you get. And it's the most inexpensive asian food you can get anywhere. Even Panda is more expensive and as much as I love Panda, this is even better. I always get the bourbon chicken, fried rice, and potatoes with those onions in them. Mmm so good. If I could figure out the recipe for their bourbon chicken sauce I may just make that and put it over rice at home. But I'll probably stick to coming back to this place because it's not expensive at all and has really...
