First let me start with, normally my husband and I normally enjoy going to P.F. Chang's. It is our go-to American Chines. However this visit on May 18 which we understood it was a Sunday and after the Sunday lunch rush. Was one of the most disappointing visits we have ever had. We where greeted and sat quickly. This is where the down turn began. The server we had seemed to very over sat and was having difficulty keeping up with their tables. They asked us for our drink order with out ever introducing themselves. Quickly walked away even before we where able to let them know we were not only ready to order. But that we could let them know everything at one time. After they dropped off our drinks it was several more minutes before they returned to take the appetizer order. Once the appetizers where brought to the table by someone completely different and we were partially threw them. Did the server return to ask if we were ordering any main courses. We were not given a chance to even let the server know that the both apps had been over cooked. I had the fired dumplings and my husband had the ribs. They took what they thought we wanted to order and left again. Luckily the order was correct in that I did get the broccoli with beef and my husband the sesame chicken. This too was over cooked. Not once were we asked about the food or how things were. We waited for quite awhile for the server to return. The check was left and nothing was said. We did look for someone else to ask if we could speak to someone about the food. However all the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the tables that had been sat. At the time we were sat their was no wait time nor was their one when we left. This location is not one that I think that my husband and I will return to...

We had dinner here on a Friday night. It was suggested that we call ahead to get a reservation because of how busy this location gets and it's a good thing we did, because by the time I called the earliest they could get us a table was 7:00. Even though we arrived on time, there wasn't a table available and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Considering that people just showing up and putting their names on the list had wait times of over an hour, this wasn't too bad, but still not what I had expected. After we were seated, nobody acknowledged our presence for about another 15 minutes. When our waitress was finally able to make it to our table, she was wonderful. I wish I could recall her name. It was clear that they were short staffed like every other restaurant in the area and she did her best to take care of us.

The chicken lettuce wrap appetizer is delicious. You can't go here and not order it.

They were out of short ribs (which was why I had chosen to go there), so I settled on the Mongolian Beef, and it was very good. My son ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and thought it was just "okay."

Add sodas, two desserts to go, and the tip, and the meal cost about 120 dollars. The food was good. The service was as good as it could be considering the circumstances. But it's a lot to pay for two people for a not excellent experience. I'm still giving four stars because I understand that they're doing the best they can right now and everyone there was incredibly nice despite what must have been a stressful situation for them.

Until someone else writes a shining review about them being properly staffed and not running out of food, I would not recommend going here for dinner or during any traditionally busy...

The bartender, Jason, who was working a few Thursday nights ago, was rude and condescending to me and other diners.

To start with, I heard another customer at the bar ask for extra vegetables with pad thai. Not only did he make no real effort to help her, but he was rude to the point of aggressiveness in telling her it wasn't possible unless she "...wanted some carrots on top." It was bizarre to see and hear it play out.

I made the mistake of telling a lame joke when I came to the bar. He was rude about it, and if he had offered good service later, I would have simply felt like I had told a lame joke. Instead, he was flippant in his interactions with me the rest of my visit and did not bother to check to see if my food was good (it was terrible).

In contrast, at least two other FOH staff members made eye contact and were friendly with me during my brief visit. It makes me wonder why P.F. Changs would put a person who doesn’t like his job behind the bar when they have friendly waitstaff.

No manager was visiting, or I would have discussed this with them. I also called after I left, and after 90 seconds of waiting, I got through to a person who hung up on me after I asked for an FOH manager.

Note: I did give PF Changs a chance to make this right before posting the review. I sent in the comment to corporate and got a voicemail the next morning from a manager who said she was at the restaurant and would be there all day. When I returned the call a few minutes later, the girl who answered said the manager...

Update: I am a regular guest at this location. Almost every time I am there, I have such fabulous service. Service is rarely a complaint here. Your management does such a fantastic job with that. However, over time, I have noticed the prices of the lunch specials going up while the portion sizes decreasing. I typically get the Mongolian beef with soup. I just feel that passing the rising costs onto consumers, while giving us less is not the best way to do business. I’m not asking for dinner sized portions. I certainly would not expect that, but the portions that are being given are not worth $16 after taxes, along with a tip. I am and will always be a loyal guest of P.F. Chang’s, but I honestly just expect better. Last night it was snowing. I wanted some warm egg drop soup. It was absolutely perfect to watch the snow with the beautiful fire pit going. They sat us in a nice booth viewing the patio with the fireplace going. The spacious windows make for such a mesmerizing atmosphere. Bey was our server. He has had us multiple times, and I would request him if you can. He’s our favorite! Last night was absolutely magical, and the warm soup and lettuce wraps made for a night to remember! My favorite place in this area for Asian inspired dishes. The lettuce wraps are a classic, but you should definitely branch out and try the Chilean Sea Bass. The lunch bowls are a favorite, and I’d recommend Mongolian beef. I love the hot tea selection along with the cocktails. A favorite go-to for our household!

I knew our waiter (can't remember his name but he had long black hair and a long beard too) was attentive and was going to get a larger tip when a minute after he took our order, someone came out with steamed dumplings and he (waiter) instantly said that we ordered pan-fried dumplings and it was impossible our order was ready anyway since he (waiter) put in our order like 40 seconds ago! Our waiter was very nice to my kids too, especially when the older one asked if there was any sugar free drinks. He kindly let her know there wasn't any sugar free drinks and offered her a strawberry lemonade, which had less sugar than anything else. She ordered a sushi roll with eel sauce on it too but asked for it on the side since she'd never had eel sauce before. Turns out, she loved the eel sauce! We also got their classic lettuce wraps and we used the sauce from the dumplings with the lettuce wraps, which added a whole new level of flavor to them compared to the sauce that comes with the lettuce wraps! I loved the miso salmon with mushrooms, broccoli, and spinach! I got lo mein with them too!
