I was assisted by Jane at the front register. Ordered a black coffee. Went to the restroom and came back and wasn’t ready. I waited at the counter after a few minutes then the lady making drinks at the bar asked what I was waiting for because there were no other drinks being made. Jane then went to dump the current pot of coffee without saying anything. I asked if I needed to wait for a new pot. She just nodded. Went back to my seat and came back 10 minutes later. She asked what she could get me. I said I’m waiting on my coffee. She said she couldn’t make the pot of coffee due to a kidney infection and needed someone else to make it. No apology. I had to ask for an apology to which she nodded waited a few seconds contemplating whether she should do her job and then said sorry about that. The store was not busy and she was standing doing nothing so this is a great example of the unfortunate state of customer service these days. People don’t care. Read moreI visited this store approx 6:15 am this morning. I was a little careless and somehow managed to spill 1 of the 3 drinks I purchased all over the counter and onto the floor. The reaction of the young man waiting on me? "Sir, are you okay?" "Don't worry about it, I've done that many times myself." "We'll get it cleaned up." He couldn't have been nicer, and the young lady who came out from behind the counter (the store was very busy, and they really didn't have time to deal with this) was just as nice. I still felt bad about my mistake, but they sure made me feel better. Read moreI agree with some of the reviewers about Starbucks in general. It is a big company that threatens many quality, local, coffee shops. I enjoy the local places as well. However, Starbucks is around to stay and you can't argue with the convenience of it. Some are better than others, in my opinion. I use them to work at and to meet clients. So seating and noise level are two things that I notice at everyone that I go to. This one is quite nice. Seating is plentiful and there is one big area where the music is pretty tame. I am hear to work and drink coffee, not club, afterall. The wireless internet is a bit slow here. That is the one negative that I've seen at this...
