My group meeting area when going out and about at the Long Beach waterfront. I ask them to look around here and take pictures. The colorful artwork is amazing, and may need a double take, before an observer sees the story behind the art. The park is located at the front of the Aquarium of the Pacific, so it’s together naturally with the aquarium. Groups gathering before going in can assemble here, and then upon leaving, the first out can have a seat, or walk around and look at the display while waiting! The area’s a great place to park, visit, view and sort it out when looking to go sightseeing at the Long Beach waterfront. Strolling the walk alongside the guardrail at the water’s edge offers a chance to see the boats, restaurants and local attractions from here. Visual cues are often backed by signage, as to boat tours, whale watching, fishing trips, food stops, accessible piers and continuing pathways. There’s picnic spots, benches, public restrooms, trash containers and educational info displays. A multitude of parking locations surrounds this area, where visitor’s can walk or roll their way around. Without moving the car, it’s possible to take a ride and get to nearby attractions on the red Passport Bus, the Long Beach service primarily for visitors to get around here. It’s typically possible to take the Passport from Shoreline Park to the Queen Mary side of...

During this time that I was here, I was also able to go on a ship where I went whale watching. That was...

Very lucky today was a day I made a choice not to be upset. Enjoy your $2 tip. Next time...
