Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Long Beach

This new location is off to a bad start. There was no line in the drive through, which is crazy for a canes. The person who took my order repeated it back to me wrong. Not a big deal, a simple correction is all it took.

I get up to the window and sure enough they hand me the wrong drink. The employee was nice enough to fix it. Meanwhile we're watching the misters blowing full blast to nothing. Kind of a waste of water if you ask me. 6 pm. Nobody around. Empty lot. Water blasting.

After getting the right drink I leave and come to find out, the SECOND drink I had ordered is also wrong. AND I am missing some food items. Wth! Isn't this location like brand...

The place itself is really impressive—brand new, great design, and surprisingly spacious. The food was definitely good, which I appreciated. The only downside was the interaction with the cashier; they came off as rude and unhelpful, which honestly took away from the experience. Be sure to check your order before driving off esp. The kids meal. They forgot to put the sauce in each of my kids meal which was 4 and so I made that dreadful drive bck after getting to my destination half way through. Got there nd they almost gave me someone food for free luckily, I was in a good mood otherwise someone would've had a b.f with his/ her order...
