Very authentic Cambodian cuisine that can be a bit too unfamiliar to the tastebuds of some. However, aside from the Cambodian dishes that they feature, they also have some more familiar dishes that are Thai and Chinese based (e.g, orange chicken, pad thai, stirfry, etc.) if you are with a more picky group. Nonetheless, if you want to try some homemade-style Cambodian specailties food then this is a good place to explore.
I ended up getting the Beef TukPrahok from their specialties. It came with a seared Rib Eye Steak that was sliced up rare and a whole bunch of side veggies from cabbage, tomatoes cucumbers, green beans, and eggplant with a side of rice. The main flavoring of the dish is the TukPrahok (Khmer dipping sauce) which provides the salty element. The way you eat this is supposed to be with your hands by taking some meat and pairing it with some veggies and dipping it into the sauce and then taking a small bite of rice. However, it can be a bit messy, but that part of the experience. It's definitely an interesting flavor profile that has a bit of funk from the fermented elements in the sauce, so you'll either like it or not. I enjoyed it since I'm used to the prahok, but for many it will be new. This dish can easily be shared with others as well.
Service is lacking a little since they are understaffed, so there can be a delay especially if it's a little busy. Nonetheless, they are trying their best with the help available.
Also, they have a parking lot in the back with plenty of parking. The restaurant is a pretty big place that can...

Read moreYes, this is actually the correct location, yay! Google was sort of confused about it before (they had moved from somewhere else), so I hadn't tried them until now. Which is a shame, given that I live right around here. I tried one of the Cambodian noodles (I believe it's the same one I'd seen previously translated as "student noodles" at another place) - way tasty, and was made extremely quickly (I called in an order, came by 15 minutes later and it was already waiting for me). My only complaints are their current lack of a website, and that at the moment they only deliver on weekdays. But they have a pretty extensive menu, it's no pricier than your average Thai place, and man, were those noodles great. I'll definitely be back to try more of them. (I was also impressed at the amount of rice you got in ordering a side of rice, as I like to do with noodle dishes; it was way more than the usual...
