UPDATE 8-24-21: In the last 2 years food quality gotten steadily worse. Vegan and vegetarian options are bleak. So-called steak or roastbeef is now just "meat" shavings and the company wants you to think this is a special upgrade. My friend threw it out. At least the employees are friendly now.
UPDATED REVIEW: I'm not sure exactly what changes were made, but the bread seems a bit tastier and so does the provolone cheese, though not having mozzarella is still a bad choice.
Service is more pleasant most days (in keeping with the people in the area who are usually very nice).
They seem to have trouble keeping employees.
Their warming oven is on the fritz. Has been for at least 2 months.
Lastly, I wish all employees would do a better job in building subs. Too many of them go into auto-mode (some don't even look at what they are doing), and therefore they don't really pay attention to the placement of meat and veggies, which means some parts of the sub have nothing on it (just air). Even placement of meat and veggies is a must in a good sandwich.
ORIGINGAL REVIEW: Not a great selection and when I asked the person in charge (owner or manager) for a meat they did not have, that most other subway and delis do have, I was given a short curt reply and a smart mouth attitude, while making a face that seemed to tell me I'm stupid for asking. Read moreI ordered two foot long blt sandwiches. There was absolutely no lettuce or tomatoes. Only 2 strips of bacon down the whole sandwich. When you looked at the sandwich sideways all you could see was bread. Sandwich tasted like bread. As 99 percent of the sandwich was bread... What little I ate of it. Again literally nothing between the bread but super small portions. I used the app so I didn't watch them build it. Wasted my lunch break driving them back. I've been eating here for longer then just the new ownership. Normally good food. But not the last few times. Never again subway! Today's sandwiches are not up to par at all. Management please train your employees to use a scale if they can't eye ball portions. On a good note staff was pleasant. Sandwiches just were garbage. And if anybody argues this I will post pictures I took all over. Trust me management. Sandwiches were not proper and just opening wrapper I was very disappointed. Orders made online are clear and concise and translate through to their receipt printer perfectly. This fact, coupled with the appearance that they are not terribly busy (at least when I last ordered from there) makes it inexcusable that my wife was missing entire ingredients she requested, my nephew had unspecified ingredients on his and was missing those desired, and my sandwich (the incredibly simple affair pictured) lacked the extra cheese that I paid for.
