Edit: We went back in and spoke with Harold. He was absolutely amazing and listened to my concerns. He credited my daughter on her play card and chatted with us the whole time. Probably some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. He reached out and made me feel like he cared when we went in. Definitely appreciated his approach and he won us back as customers!! He's doing an amazing job. Thanks again Harold!!
Original review... On short getaway with kids. Brought them to arcade for some fun. But I quickly realized that this arcade was a joke. We had to have employees adjust our cards and or machines due to errors. My daughter is also very good at winning the 300 point bonus on Power Roll. She had won the bonus nearly 20 times for herself, 12 times or so on my card, and a handful of times on her brother's play card. When we went to pick our prizes, the play card did not reflect all of our winnings. We brought it up to the staff and all they would do is credit my daughter $4. They are thieves and ruined our excitement from being able to hit that bonus. We won't be back. Will spend...
Read moreNice place for family fun games! Fun laser tag and a large variety of games. Everything there ranged from 50 cents to 2 dollars from what I saw. They had things from pinball to newer games like a VR Rabbids game, but was more decorated with newer games. Granted the place a bit on the smaller side, I still had fun at the space invaders station and skee ball station :) if you're looking for what they have to offer in terms of prizes, its stocked with nerd merch and star wars merch heavily on the higher end prizes and the smaller prizes are candy, trinkets, and small toys. I wouldn't say it was extensive, but they had a few cool things I had my eye on (and got!). Laser tag was a separate purchase as you have to be in a separate dark room. They call people doing laser tag on the intercom so stay alert. They give you 2 rounds for 10 bucks (one of the options) which is pretty good and teams can be split into 4 teams max or a free for all. They also have a fog machine that is optional, so if that doesn't tickle your fancy, you can opt it out. If you're in the area and have the...
Read moreVery good arcade. Lots of games with a good variety of adult (shooting/racing) and kids games. Lots of games to give "tickets" to the kids, however the tickets automatically transfer to your play card so there's no crouching on your knees to get them all fed into the counting machine at the end of the trip. There's a good number of multi play shooters/driving cabinets. Gutair hero, huge piano, fruit ninja and other approachable games for those less inclined to traditional video games
They have a VR roller coaster using Vive head sets, a shooting gallery, skiball, basketball, bowling, and lots of claw games.
My only complaint is the cost... $50.00 gets my two kids (both under 10) and I about an hour's worth of play time... Mind you this is line with most modern arcades and considering the costal location is actually pretty reasonable. Prizes aren't the best quality but that's also in line with most arcades.
Overall it's a a great arcade with lots to offer... A great way to keep the kids entertained on a lovely...
